We stayed at St Moritz Youth Hostel for a night after taking the Glacier Express from Zermatt. One might think lesser of a hostel as compared to a hotel but after our night stay at St Moritz Youth Hostel, I found myself truly underestimating the service a hostel can offer, much unbeknownst to a general opinion. And we owe thanks to Iris and her team’s wonderful hospitality and service, the stay was a memorable and wonderful experience. It was the last night of our honeymoon trip in Switzerland. Although it was snowy, sheer cold and our skins were shivering from the brr conditions, the kindness and hospitality by Iris and her team who went above and beyond truly, exudes warmth from within, which made our experience an exceptional one. One that would etched in our memories for many decades to come. We felt that this hostel provides extremely good value and is only a 10 mins bus ride away from the train station. The bus stop is right outside the hostel so it’s convenient even with big luggages. We bought 24 hours tickets at the station for the bus ride. Hostel is clean and has a good welcoming vibe. Although we stayed in the shared bathroom, bathroom was clean and near, didn’t have to wait long to use. There was also a basin in the room so it’s quite convenient. You don't have to step out to brush teeth or do any washing. Do bring your own soap, u can borrow a hair dryer from reception. We had dinner at the hostel, it was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful too. I would highly highly recommend this place to stay , you are in safe hands and well taken care of by the awesome team! They are patient and answer all your questions and share with you more about how to get around. St Moritz is a small town, but the experience and takeaways we obtained from our stay, is far greater, significant than the place. This in my opinion, is what you call travelling for an experience, with an experience. Thank you so much to Iris and the team (sorry didn’t manage to get your names!!)!! Superb is an understatement.

I just didn't appreciate one of the ladies at the breakfast restaurant looking angry on a few occasions. On the first morning, she put her hand up in my face and said ”Wait!” rather forcefully when I asked her where I could get coffee. It was not like I was even asking her to get it for me. The fact that she was equally rude to minorities (but super smiley and friendly to German speakers) only made it feel like we were unwelcome at the hotel altogether.

Stayed here for one night in between trips on the Bernina Express and the Glacier Express. Whilst surrounded by spectacular mountains, the hotel is situated in a soulless commercial area about 2 minutes west of central Chur by train. There is half hourly train service to / from the centre of Chur (which I found similarly lacking in charm). Finding the entrance to the hotel on arrival at Chur West was not that easy, and improved signage from the station would be helpful for first time visitors. If you are travelling with luggage expect a fair walk uphill and some steps along the way. The adjacent shopping centre looked functional enough albeit that, like 99% of businesses in Switzerland, it was closed on our arrival early on a Saturday evening and all day on the Sunday. The hotel itself occupies the first 9 floors of a tower block which I think may have had residential properties or offices above it. The small lobby area was pleasant enough and our check in was smooth, courteous and polite. The room itself was clean and simply furnished, and it offered a fridge, a coffee maker, plenty of power sockets and a decent shower. Breakfast offered a good variety of items but sometimes in modest quantities, probably reflecting the fact that we seemed to be the only guests dining there on the Sunday morning. Some items were sadly of poor quality (the croissants had a dreadfully fatty taste rather than a buttery flavour) and some were poorly prepared (fleshy, fatty bacon is most undesirable). Whilst it was included in our room rate, the walk in cost of breakfast seemed eye-wateringly high given the shortcomings we experienced. Overall, as I’m unlikely to return to Chur I’d be unlikely to stay here again. If I knew anyone visiting the city I’d be unlikely however to recommend the hotel based on my experience which was nothing more than average.

At first of all when we came to the hotel and on the reception they didn’t find our reservation. The check in is from 15:00 , we came at 16:30 and we must wait for our room without any apologize or compensation. Check in was terrible, I didn’t get any informations, I must to ask where and when is breakfast. I didn’t know nothing about dinner, spa about anything. The dinner and breakfast was really good and staff was very nice. But after our stay I wrote to hotel because I forgot my cosmetic bag in the room and I still didn’t have any answers!!!

I have stayed at the Hauserhotel several times over the past 5 years and it continues to be one of the best mid range hotels in Switzerland. The welcome, the location, the comfort are all superb and I recommend anyone coming to St Moritz to come and stay here. It is that simple, you will not be disappointed and only impressed. The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain, next to a small lake, plus the hotel's unique shape, it is quiet and elegant. The environment is also true, there are small squirrels jumping up and down next to the mountains. Intercontinental in Davos is a rare hotel, so breakfast is basically the Chinese world (tour group). Catering has also taken care of the tastes of Chinese people. The hotel’s children’s paradise is the most child of all the hotels in this trip, and it’s a great time to have fun. The rooms are great, the spacious terraces, and the best of the stars. q When staying, the hotel presented a cable car ticket for hiking. Although there was light rain when the weather was dark the next day, it was still fun. The top of the mountain can be hike, you can ride, and there is undecided snow. When the winter arrives, the mountains are covered with snow and you will experience the joy of skiing.

It was lovely to choose Hilton Garden Inn Davos for our winter holiday. We chose this hotel for its great location and a convenient complementary shuttle to both Ski areas P****nn and Jakobshorn. The rooms are stylish, designed in alpin style and the hotel sauna area offers everything you need after a day spent on ski slopes. We enjoyed dining in the hotel restaurant as well and I would personally like to thank Aneta and Sabrina, who took the greatest care of us and Georgias who gave us a warm welcome every time we came. This hotel staff really pays attention to every detail. We will be definitely back!

She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. We had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay.

Clean, classical hotel, restaurant breakfast can see the morning of Lake St Moritz, beautiful, rich cheese variety, is the most variety of this trip, the waiter is very friendly, there is a beautiful woman at the front desk English is very fast, but help open the red wine is crisp and sharp, the other is very friendly

Stayed here for two nights with husband. We had a beautiful corner room - the room was clean, spacious and had ton of closet room Bed comfortable as were the pillows and comforter. Bathroom was superb Restaurant for dinner was delicious. For breakfast it was ok Gym area is a little lacking however no one was ever in it when I was there Sky bar was excellent - great view nice drinks Locations is perfect I would absolutely recommend this hotel and by the way the staff is really accommodating and friendly from the jump ! It was refreshing to be around such nice people

Steel toe was good. We were with the group so everything was okay but the exceptional part was the service. We left behind our simple iPhone charger, and we called them up and they arranged to ship it out to us to Zurich just in time, very nicely packed and free of charge. This kind of service that makes people go back

The hotel is good located. Near by a bus station. Hotel is new and modern, however we have seen a lot of things which needs to be repaired. Parking is expensive with 24 euros per day. Smell in our room was terrible on arrival. Until I noticed that in the shower the cleaner removed the water outlet so that the bad smell could come in. Only one of the restaurants was open and not much of selection is possible. I would not recommend the restaurant. Waiter said to my daughter that the spaghetti from kids menu is too small and he will make it bigger, then charged 28 euros instead of 18. The Spaghetti was tooooo Al dente. Most of the waiters are unfriendly and let us not feel welcomed. Overall: we will not book this hotel again. My friend got a handicapped room even he booked the higher category. It seems they had no other room but they did not tell him during checkin. When he asked later they offered another room after 2 days. We complained that we don't like the room but they said many people like it.. Hey, hotel management, when somebody pays so much for a hotel who is not handicapped he don't like a shower curtain instead of nice glass walls, he don't need open space concept cabinets, he needs normal cabinets with doors, he may like to sit on the sofa.. But there was no sofa. Heating? Not on by purpose. Only when we complained they turned the heater on after 1 day. Instead they provided mobile heater . We talked to other guests who had the same issue. 5* hotel? The pool temperature was way too low. The noise there unacceptable due to the design which is simple painted concrete walls. Spa are is 3 star only. Nothing which let you stay there for long. Breakfast was quite good we enjoyed this the most. To leave the hotel everybody is using the way over the ski room...terrible layout. The layout is not well planned.

Situated less than a minute from Davos Dorf station means that getting to and from the hotel is very easy. Four of us stayed for a business trip and snowboarded every day. The Parsenn station (and lift pass office) is a five minute walk away, and if you use to train to get to the friendly little resort of Rinerhorn then it couldn't be easier. The hotel is clean and the I rank this as one of the hotels with the friendliest staff encountered. They really couldn't do more for us and even provided a packed lunch for our journey home at the end of the trip. The breakfast buffet was fresh and healthy and the restaurant in the evening was first class. Highly recommeneded if you like a hotel that's has a family run feel, is slightly away from the hustle of the town centre and in easy reach of ski locations.

The hotel is in a superb location for skiing considering the walk to the lift is literally 30 seconds. It is fair to say that the hotel is in the heart of Davos Dorf which is the calm and quiet side of Davos. For the lively part and the good after-ski places you have to take a bus for 10 mins to Davos Platz. The spa of the hotel is nice and the rooms are decent size. The only complaint is probably the service. Staff are friendly but the service is very inefficient and slow. For example, if you order off the menu for breakfast (like an omelette) be prepared to wait an inappropriate time or even not get your order.

They were already several times in the hotel's camping and now the first time in the hotel room. Very nice and maintained hotel with great steam sauna and friendly staff. Drinks from the minibar as well as tickets for the local bus were included. It had everything we needed to recover for four days and to be in the wellness area. We're happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Grischa - das Hotel last weekend. Our junior suite was spacious, yet cozy and comfortable. Hotel staff are wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is good and Leonto Sushi restaurant is a star itself. We're looking forward to our next stay at Grischa

We stayed for one night on our way from Italy to Austria. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the motorway, with an underground car park (at CHF12 for the night). The guy on reception was extremely helpful (as were other staff at the hotel), including pointing out that he could offer us a free ticket for the local transport, which got us into the old town, for which he also supplied us with a useful map to help us find our way around. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony of the room (all rooms seemed to have one).

This 3-star hotel is a modern hotel with a warm look through the use of a lot of wood. Our standard room was not very large but with views of the mountains and coffee and tea facilities. The bathroom was great. The only point was breakfast, the breakfast buffet was not to be noticed, but if you went to the breakfast room a little later, it was often almost everything. The supplement was very slow and often supplemented only until the time the breakfast was closed. Furthermore, a great hotel with a good price quality ratio.

I travelled as part of a group a few months ago. We were extremely impressed with the hotel and the friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well presented. The staff were always very attentive. In particular there was a cleaner with dark curly hair (a Portuguese or Spanish lady?) she was extremely polite and very welcoming.
