From the main door, the left side is teemall shopping complex, street stalls selling F&B, souvenirs, etc. Gaodi Street (undergarments & shoes wholesale markets). Tianzi wharf for pearl river night tour just 13 mins walk away. On the right side is the famous Beijing Road Pedestrian Walk & Dafo temple. The hotel is a 30-storey building. Lobby at the ground floor. The 2nd - 12th floor is commercial. 13th - 28th is guess room. 29th is the hotel breakfast area. 30th is laundry, meeting & gym. Required room card for lift to access 13th floor onwards. The room is clean with basic amenities. I like the large TV with free channels to watch & the smart toilet bowl. The shower water pressure is strong. Just the overhead shower will drip cold water on my head if i shower more than 10 mins. All the hotels i visited have the same issue. The mattress is firm, but the pillow is too soft. I stayed for 4N, hotel cleaner will come to clean up the room every day & provide 2 bottles of 500ml minerals water. As for hotel breakfast, the food is variety with a bit of western & more local foods. Porridge, rice, noddles & soups, dessert, salad, fruits, etc. It would be nice if the hotel provided dimsum for breakfast. The funny part is that the hotel only provides Western fork, small chinese porcelain spoon & wood chopsticks. Weird combination 😆 The hotel also provides a weighing scale machine for lugagge at the lobby next to the registration counter. Check in & check out is a breeze. You need to carry luggage until the roadside to reach a taxi as cars are unable to get in. Overall, it's a satisfactory stay. Recommended.

Was somehow disappointed from what we seen on booking platform vs real. 1st of all, we struggled to find the entrance, as you can see ,it's hardly able to note that it's a legit hotel, no signs, no indications. We went around this place with local taxi even with the Chinese Map apps, we spent more than 30 mins trying to.locate this so call hotel. It's not even a hotel in my opinion, maybe like a AirBnB at best. Staffs are young and helpful. But some are clueless , we wanted to book a taxi to airport, she quoted us rmb500 without hesitation, we paid rmb180 on arrival. Only after I strongly protested and make noise ,they finally got us a pte transport for 200 rmb. Room was comfortable and clean, self sufficient. Location is good, which is about the best thing about this so call hotel.

This hotel is at the heart of Hua Qiang Bei, walkable to the Electronics Markets and ready access to good food. For foreigners with picky eating or weaker stomach, there is a Mac Donald’s just a stone throw away. It is a really clean and modern hotel with a beautiful rooftop. Would highly recommend for any type of traveller.

The check in was fast and smooth. The room size is spacious and comfortable. The location is just 50m to the train station and it surrounded by many good eateries.

Best summer vacation and well protected away from the heat and rain. Trip.com has the best variety of room and package selection. We picked planet room which is higher floor with firework view We checked in around noon. We received messages around 330pm for our room got ready. Early access 9am to the theme park is a great advantage. We are very impressed with the quality of the aquarium and animals are in very good condition. We had a great time.

The drinks in our room were all expired and the pillows smelled a bit and wasn’t too comfortable but everything else was nice. Everything else was clean. We liked the voice controlled AI TV that can turn off lights/curtains. There are USB ports and wires for your phone. The hotel breakfast buffet was quite limited and not worth it at all.

We had an amazing stay!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and they gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and showers were also well equipped. It’s right outside fumin metro station and it’s close to coco park too! In the morning I asked where we can go to have breakfast. It was before 7 am so the staff said they would send the breakfast up to our room and it was delivered fresh within 5 minutes. This hotel is great and we will come again!

There’s a large department store right across the street, which makes it easy to find food or do a bit of shopping. The reception staff may not speak English fluently, but they efficiently use mobile translation apps to assist with any needs. The room was clean, with new furniture, which I appreciated. However, despite the hotel using strong diffusers throughout, I could still detect a lingering cigarette smell in the room, which was a bit bothersome for a non-smoker like me. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again!

The location is quite convenient and surrounded with whatever you’re thinking of. Reachable to malls and Luohu port, 20 minute walk. Near Line9, and line 1. Essential amenities are provided. The decoration of the hotel looks modern and minimal, good sense. Recommended and I will be back next time.

From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth as possible. During my trip, I ordered several items online and had them delivered to the hotel's locker. However, a few of the parcels were too big to be placed in the locker. And the staff were incredibly helpful—they coordinated with the delivery personnel and ensured everything was sorted out, even getting the packages re-delivered on the same day to the front desk. Another standout moment was when I struggled to order food as a foreigner without a local phone number. The hotel staff stepped in and assisted me with placing my order, making the process so much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference. The hotel’s location is another highlight. It’s very close to a popular shopping street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. That said, the hotel is located next to a main road, and there’s some ongoing railway construction nearby. It can get a little noisy at night, but earplugs easily resolved the issue. There are also great amenities, like free laundry, which came in handy for a longer stay. The only minor drawback was the centrally controlled air conditioning—you can’t adjust the temperature or fan speed, but it didn’t impact my comfort much. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The service, convenience, and amenities outweighed any minor issues, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Comfortable bed, great rooms, outstanding location. Staff goes out of their way to help. Our room had some smoke smell and the staff did not hesitate to move us to another room with an air purifier, which greatly improved the situation. Unfortunately in the evenings the smell had come back (perhaps it was due to some neighbours smoking in their rooms). The rooms actually had really good sound proofing but I think we were a bit unlucky that our neighbours were having a really good time (🤭😉🤭) for a few hours in the middle of the night (~2am - 4am) so that disturbed our sleep a little bit. But honestly I think no 5 star hotel would be able to sound proof that level of screaming happiness. Overall considering the circumstances we would definitely stay here again.

This was a snowboarding trip to Yung Ching, which is an indoor ski house, a very very big fridge with lots of fun. The location of this hostel is excellent and within 10 minutes walk across the road (under construction) will reach the centre, a definitely convenient locus and plenty of night entertainment around the tower 5. Breakfast is included at 16/F, where is front desk. If you are driving, don't forget to get free parking at the front desk staff.

Great hotel. Big rooms and good quality for great price. However, the breakfast was terrible!!! Everything was bold and selection was not great! A big criticism of mine. Need more western options. Fantastic it was so near to the ski resort which is what we came for. Great food nearby and a great nightclub right next to the hotel.

The hotel is new and clean. True to the picture. Our room is lake front with balcony. No noise from construction site. The service from the staff is excellent. A bit new menu update for the breakfast for our 2 days stay. Locationwise, it is off of everything, and takes about 10 mins walk to the mall. Generally it’s very valued for money.

Location of the hotel is just steps away from a train station and surrounded by a lot of foodies and walking distance from shopping malls. Two bedders room booked is clean and spacious, strong water flow in the bathroom, small separated area in the room for tea appreciation or short rest. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. Overall, great stay at this hotel.

When you visit Guangzhou and at Yuexiu District, Orange Hotel will definitely be the first choice. The hotel is conveniently located at the central of few attractions. Furthermore the hotel is superb clean. I must mention the bed is comfortable too. The staff is efficient and very helpful. Please salute to the housekeeping aunties whom clean the room, well done! Toilet is really clean. The room layout is tidy and neat. You have all you need in this hotel when you travel. They even have laundry self service at level 4. The little small touches like sweets, coffee and tea, fruits bowls and orange juice available at the lobby is very thoughtful.

The location is good. There is a foods street just opposite the hotel and just 5 minutes walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. Seperate toilet and shower area is great. There is free coffee machines and drinks at the hotel lobby so we can have coffee every morning. All the staffs are very friendly, the hotel even provides me more (4-5) bottles of drinking water everyday and late checkout till 2pm. The only cons are the soundproofing in the room is not that good, can hear the noise from next door and also outside the window. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The hotel was good, I saw many reviews about cockroaches and other insects about cleanness but maybe that was before. I saw that it was clean and ok as shown in the photo. The location is excellent and a master location. Metro, Bus, Cab, Restaurants, Shopping, Everything is within 10min walking distance. For Muslims, there is a 5-minute walking distance of Halal restaurants (Name: Radhuni China) and washrooms also have hand showers which is rare in any other hotels in China. Problems:- No one knows English. Google Translate, even in the offline version, does not work. (Try i-translate instead) No washroom or restroom in the reception area, Check-in time is after 2 PM, and all you can wait. Credit cards do not work almost everywhere, Try to use Alipay by adding your card. Apple Pay does not work, Better if you withdraw cash from an ATM. For Taxi use DiDi you will get half of the price then local taxi driver will ask for. If you bring any parcel you need to find from ton of parcel, better to ask for the parcel photo before sending.

The Chimelong Hotel is a great hotel with beautiful surroundings, convenient transportation, spacious rooms, excellent restaurant offerings, and top-notch hotel services. The guest service manager Shelley Liu is hospitable, she is very helpful and proficient in English to help solve problems, providing excellent service. The hotel is nearby Canton Fair and arranges shuttle buses back and forth, which is very convenient. I am very satisfied with the hotel's services and facilities ,look forward to staying again.

Spent our time on this rainy weekend at the Penguin hotel. Buffets available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or other dining options available. Easy access to Ocean Kingdom. You can shuttle to the other hotels, Spaceship, and even cross-border buses available. Check in line was long but efficient. Rooms are very kid-friendly. Not a lot of spoken English but they didn’t lack in customer service. They had a separate space for group check-in. Just beyond that area a cabin for online food orders. Many shops too.

First time at hotel and this place service are outstanding especially the concierge services, the guys were truly amazing and very helpful, one of the best. Room was good, had the view of the shopping areas, seeing people moving about. I do daily exercise and went to gym room, it was neat with good exercise machines but I was disappointed at the cleanliness which must say is quite poor and bad for this standard of hotel. I know the swimming pool is out of used but gym was allowed and there was no one at the receptionists area and there was 4 treadmills but one was broken, have no idea if the management is aware of it. Then in one of the treadmills there are holders for bottles and someone must have finished their breakfast or what and after having fruit they things the fruit waste inside the water holder and the used towels was everywhere on the bench and table. Clearly no one was cleaning it. I stayed for 2 days and 2nd day went guessed what the fruit waste was still in the treadmills holder and it was rotten away so it is true to my understanding no one is cleaning even though there is a cleaning lady, LOL it must be just there for display and no action. Plus the water machine can be used but no cups to use, i wondered if guests is supposed to use their hands for holding water. Then there is the towel, there are only a few small exercise towels outside the receptionist area and there was small swimming large towel i asked the cleaner if they had small ones, she days no, well am thinking why leave large towels when you only have gym room. Well apart from the gym I think it is a great hotel. Plus do clean the gym room.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhuhai Gongbei and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation. The rooms, though not very large, were spotless, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of tasty options, catering to different preferences. Overall, Holiday Inn Express Zhuhai Gongbei provided excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel is great option! You can easily arrive, it is in front of the Macao board and train station. You always have a taxi to go wherever you want to go. The front desk is always available to help you. Have a good communication using wechat and a team with good English language speakers.

Frontdesk Maggie provided wonderful service and the room was clean and comfortable and the room provide a Marshall speaker

This is a very nice hotel for family with kids. We bought the package including admission to the Ice and Snow Sports City and Children playground. You can freely in and out during the complete stay. It is just walking distance within the resort. There are two swimming pool, one for kids and one for adult with nice view. Kids loves the say. The restaurant is not as nice, however, you can just go across the street to the big shopping mall with many restaurants and also a supermarket.

The location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around. But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it. The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting! We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was. We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER. No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either) This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

The hotel is very good, the service is also very good, the reception also gave fruit, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, the first time I came to Zhuhai to taste the food of Zhuhai, is really great. In a few days, I will choose to stay in this hotel when I return to China. The night market here is so beautiful.

This hotel is one of the best I stayed in Zhuhai, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is literally the best in town as it's connecting with one of the largest and high-end mall in town. Last but not the least, the faculties are 100 out of 100, the gym and swimming pool are nearly perfect.
