It's a nice touch. 🏊 The pool costs 10 yuan per person for guests, and it's also open to the public. We participated in a promotional event that waived the fee. The changing rooms were clean. The pool isn't huge but sufficient, and there's a small mushroom pool with a higher temperature than the main pool, which was great. My little one had a lot of fun, and you can see the mountains and cable car from outside the pool area, offering nice views. Areas for improvement: We stayed on the 3rd floor. There might have been an odor from the sink, and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, so the air felt stuffy. We kept the windows and doors open, but thankfully, there were no mosquitoes. Overall, I feel we chose the right hotel. After looking around, it seems much better than the Crowne Plaza.

The hotel is a convenient 8-10 minute walk to the Lizheng Gate of the Mountain Resort. Downstairs, you'll find the Erxianju Night Market, making dining and shopping incredibly easy without needing to drive far. The self-service laundry room on the third floor is very practical, especially for long trips. The 24-hour front desk is also very responsive.

This is my second time visiting Wulingshan, and I chose Lanye Hotel again~ I've been eating breakfast at Shangu (Valley) restaurant, and I'm very satisfied, having eaten there for two consecutive days. I especially love the wild vegetable buns. The hotel was also incredibly thoughtful; knowing I was pregnant, they prepared an air purifier and a pregnancy pillow for me~ They also arranged for a high-floor room, so it wasn't noisy at all. They really put their heart into it!

I almost always stay here when I'm in town. A few times before, I couldn't get into the underground parking because it was full, but this time I finally could. There aren't many spots, and they're separated from the owner's parking by a fence. There are charging stations available. If you park above ground, you'll find charging stations across the street near the restaurants. The hotel service is consistently good, friendly, and attentive. The bedding is on the firmer side; I'm not sure if that's a room type thing or if I just haven't noticed it before. The Lobby Bar coffee included in the Trip.com package only offers iced or hot Americano.

An older hotel, but the facilities are still complete and the room was pretty clean. You can't expect too much from an old hotel. It's best to take a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the station; don't just jump into a shared ride, you might get ripped off. It's just outside the city wall, and I personally think staying here is more comfortable than inside the wall. Among the performances, only the iron flower show is worth seeing, but you absolutely need to get there early to secure a good spot, otherwise, you won't be able to watch. The commercial streets are all pretty much the same!

Our family stayed at Nuoan Yuanjin, and our butler, Wendy, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout. When we booked the deck time, I was concerned about mosquitos for the kids since it's outdoors, and I shared my worries with Wendy. She informed me beforehand that mosquito repellent would be available on-site and even helped reserve a more suitable seating area for us. During the deck time, we enjoyed some drinks and snacks, and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience for the whole family. Afterward, she proactively asked about our dining experience. For daily needs, whether it was calling for the shuttle or requesting extra amenities for the room, communication was simple and efficient. The service was genuinely sincere, without any pretense or empty words. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again the next time I visit Aranya.

I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. The room was incredibly spacious and exceptionally bright. The breakfast spread was generous and absolutely delicious. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even had a robot deliver breakfast vouchers and disposable cups to our room promptly. Even the housekeeping staff were attentive, proactively asking if we needed our room serviced. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Vienna Hotel will definitely be my top choice for future stays.

Right outside the door is a lovely beach, lively but not overwhelmingly so. The weather and air quality were great, putting me in a fantastic mood. The service was attentive, and both the facilities and cleanliness were very good. I'll definitely be back next year.
