The team stepped in immediately to help place orders for me and even ensured the food was delivered right to my room. They also assisted with receiving and managing courier deliveries for my online purchases, which was incredibly helpful. In addition, my luggage was damaged at the airport, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by following up daily and assisting me throughout the process until the issue was resolved. Their dedication and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. What truly stood out was the warmth and kindness of everyone I interacted with. The people here are incredibly warm-hearted and attentive, and they made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Although the hotel itself shows some age, the level of service is among the best I have experienced. I would definitely return when I travel to Shenyang, China again. The surrounding area also has complete facilities for dining, shopping, and transportation. I was completely captivated by this hotel.
