The hotel's location is excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always smiling, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient with no waiting. The surrounding area is clean with plenty of amenities, and transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. This trip to Qinghai was amazing; the natural scenery and all the attractions were breathtakingly beautiful and truly rejuvenating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qinghai, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Facilities: The facilities are complete, parking is convenient, and it's close to major business districts and a night market food street, which is super convenient. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good, no strange smells nearby. Environment: I was really disappointed with the soundproofing in room 1320; it's practically non-existent. I could hear every conversation from upstairs clearly. I don't know about the other rooms.

We were on a road trip and arrived quite late, but the lady at the front desk was so kind and upgraded us to two deluxe twin rooms for free! The hotel's location is excellent, with complimentary parking, and it's only a 10-minute drive to the Chaka Salt Lake scenic area. It's also very convenient for stocking up on supplies nearby. Most importantly, the hotel environment is great, the rooms are super clean and hygienic, and they even come with an oxygen concentrator and humidifier. The soundproofing is also good. The front desk staff are all very helpful and accommodating. Plus, the hotel's buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Highly recommend this place for anyone on a road trip or traveling!

I had a good experience in this hotel. It was previously booked by my tour and we extended our stay as our train to Lhasa was at 11pm. The staff were courteous and frequently checked in with us to check if everything is satisfactory. I was impressed by staff Jinjin (津津) as she noted that we were headed to the railway station and arranged a complimentary transfer for my family. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Xining in future.

The floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floors offer an exceptional view, and the city lights at night are picturesque, with the stunning nightscape truly soothing away travel fatigue. Overall, my stay at the Sofitel Xining is pretty decent. The check-in process at the front desk was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the breakfast – it's quite ordinary with nothing special to offer, and the dishes aren't particularly well-prepared. When there are large tour groups, many items run out quickly, and restocking is a bit slow. This definitely falls short of what I'd expect from a hotel of this brand.

I guess we came to Chaka Salt Lake during the off-season. There was a tour group the day we arrived, so the hotel delivered breakfast to our room. They communicated via WeChat, and their responses were super prompt. They even upgraded us to a suite, which was absolutely luxurious! Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was very clean and incredibly spacious. All the staff were very polite. Highly recommended!

Super delicious, I heard that it was opened by an Anhui boss, the dishes are all fresh and fried, the vegetables are also very delicious! The price in the town is not low, but this store is delicious.

On my way back to Chengdu via the Ali Central Route, I arrived in Yushu. After comparing different options, I chose this hotel. After staying there, I felt it was the newest and best hotel in Yushu. The room materials and colors were high-end, the facilities were of high quality, and the breakfast was also very plentiful. It was a very good hotel!
