I visited Chengdu and stayed at the Yueya Hotel, which I found to be quite good value for money, especially during the off-season when the prices are very reasonable. I booked a comfortable twin room, which was clean and tidy, with large windows providing great ventilation. The only minor downsides were that the front desk and guest rooms are in separate areas, and the soundproofing was a little lacking. However, the value for money definitely makes up for it. The breakfast, priced at only 10 yuan per person, offered a good variety. The hotel entrance also had a good selection of complimentary disposable toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. The lobby area was very aesthetically pleasing. Plus, the hotel has a laundry room, which is a great bonus. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. Everything was simply wonderful. Wishing everyone safety and a better life ahead!

The room was spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I accidentally left my backpack behind, which contained some fragile items, and the hotel owner thoughtfully packed and reinforced it before shipping it back to me. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The service was meticulous and responsible—a full five-star recommendation!

A fine hotel in a decent, central location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet, with a nice outdoor seating area and good air conditioning. Gym was very basic without much equipment. Not a bad deal for the price.

I was very satisfied with my room upon check-in, and overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It's right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, with a 24-hour convenience store and a pharmacy just across the street. The cleaning staff were very thorough, and the front desk concierge upgraded my room type. There's Haagen-Dazs ice cream and afternoon tea on the first floor. It's so convenient to walk to Chunxi Road right outside! The breakfast on the 30th floor offers an unbeatable view. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. It's great!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Would happily return.
Pros:
· Fantastic location – very close to the train and bus station, plus lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to grab snacks or fruits.
· The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was a real big bed (not two singles pushed together). The decor gives a lovely zen feeling.
· Staff were super friendly and helpful.
· Fun touch: the room swipe card is on a wristband.
· Reception offered free dessert soup now and then – a nice treat.
· There's a luggage rack to open your suitcase comfortably.
Cons (minor, but worth noting):
· The AI control system struggles with English commands.
· A few typos around the room.
· Laundry room has only one machine that does both wash and dry – takes 3.5+ hours per load. Staff can help, though.
· Outside of our corner room, there are extra stairs up and down in the corridor (fine for us, but not good for those with accessibility needs).
· The auto-flush toilet had a sensor issue? wasting a lot of water.
Despite these small downsides, we'd definitely stay again. Great value and vibe!

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends.

A very satisfying stay at this hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was warm and attentive. From the parking lot security guard to the housekeeping lady, from the front desk receptionist to the restaurant staff, everyone contributed their enthusiasm. It seems the hotel owner highly values everyone, which explains their dedication. I chose this hotel after reading reviews. The bedding was spotless, the room and bathroom were odor-free, and the hot water was plentiful and came out quickly. The breakfast selection was extensive. One suggestion: now that the weather is warm, could the toilet seat temperature be lowered a bit? Also, could the soy sauce and vinegar bottles in the noodle-cooking area be placed in smaller containers? It's difficult to measure the amount from a whole bottle. Overall, I give it a perfect 10/10. I hope they maintain this standard, and I'll definitely stay here again. If there's any downgrade, I won't hold it against them, haha 😄

We chose the Mantou Hotel because we had a flight from Tianfu Airport the next day. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Tianfu Airport's Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, making its location excellent. Although Mantou is in the distant suburbs of Chengdu, it has a rural charm with blooming wild flowers. The facilities are complete, including an elevator, umbrellas, bath towels, and slippers, and the bedding is brand new. Aside from some stains on the hallway carpet, the room was very clean and spacious. There's a rocking chair in front of the room, which is quite romantic under the bougainvillea. It's especially worth mentioning that the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, helping to arrange transfers without any delay. It was free and on time, which was very thoughtful. As an economy hotel for transit guests, it's perfectly adequate. Although breakfast was a bit simple, it's highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is top-notch, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly warm and attentive. It's very close to Chunxi Road with convenient transportation. The breakfast was also great, offering authentic Chengdu specialties. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.
GGuest UserOverall it's good, the room is relatively large, the service is very considerate, and they proactively provide children's toiletries and slippers when they see children checking in. During the May Day holiday, all hotel prices increased ridiculously. Relatively speaking, Yihua's price increase is not bad, but it is also expensive.
RRitayuanzhengFirst time staying at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu, and the overall experience was fantastic! The hotel entrance is quite unique, with vintage bicycles, red brick walls, and metal accents. The concierge was super friendly and enthusiastic, proactively helping with my luggage and guiding me to the 7th floor for check-in.
Stepping out of the elevator on the 7th-floor lobby, my eyes lit up. The metal art tree is visually stunning, and there's a cute dog named Lucky! The front desk staff provided detailed information about breakfast times, the gym, and other hotel amenities during check-in. The room was a good size, well-laid-out, and had a nice view! It was also thoroughly cleaned. The beef noodles at breakfast were delicious. I'll definitely be back!
AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel two months in advance, and the price was fantastic. There's a popular BBQ joint right outside, along with other restaurants and a convenience store, which made dining and shopping super easy. The front desk lady was really helpful; she noticed we hadn't booked breakfast and even offered to get us breakfast vouchers, but we decided to go out for some special yak noodle soup instead. The room was spotlessly clean, and the twin beds here are 1.35m wide, bigger and more comfortable than other places. Jiuzhaigou is truly beautiful; I'll definitely come back during the high-water season and stay here again!
GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at this hotel — it has a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff at the front desk, in the restaurant, and the housekeeping team all perform their work professionally while maintaining a genuinely friendly attitude toward guests.
The location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes from the nearest metro station. Within walking distance, there are great local shops, the Chengdu Museum, the Sichuan Museum, the park and cottage of the poet Du Fu, as well as a beautiful canal area with pedestrian paths and lanterns. I also walked to Kuanzhai Alley, People’s Park, and other attractions.
The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed and even a bit more. The large, comfortable bed and full blackout curtains made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Everything was clean and looked brand new.
I also tried the traditional Chengdu-style set of six snacks a couple of times and really enjoyed it.
Live music was another very приятный бонус, especially if you appreciate tradition and refined local character.
Thank you very much for such a pleasant stay, and best of luck to the team.
Kind regards,
Sergey

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Trip.com late at night, just hoping for a place to crash. To my surprise, the front desk attendant was incredibly patient when I arrived. Seeing me with a big suitcase and looking exhausted, she proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor and even thoughtfully prepared hot tea. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast the next morning had a great variety and tasted delicious. What touched me most was at check-out; I was rushing for my train, and the front desk had already prepared my invoice and packed a souvenir for me, handling everything calmly and efficiently. This unexpectedly great experience completely wiped away my fatigue from the business trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

GGuest UserThe service was exceptional. The girls at the front desk were very helpful with answering our questions and helping us make sure we had a great visit with the Pandas. They also explained exactly where to go for our train departure. We were confused by Chengdudong having 4 plus drop off points. They also gave us extra water and adorable Panda headbands on our departure.
The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything was provided so we had a comfortable stay. They even had memory foam pillows.
They had lots of freshly ground coffee in the morning as well as an excellent buffet Breakfast.
The location was excellent. We walked to the Wenshu Monastery and to Kuanzhai Xiangzi alleys.
We are pleased we choose to stay at this hotel in Chengdu.
