The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. They provided shuttle service to and from town whenever needed, which was a great experience! Although I didn't get to see Siguniang Mountain, it's normal for this season. After hiking, it was wonderful to relax in a nice bath. Even the club owner highly recommended this place after hearing about it! Here’s a photo of Yaomei Peak taken from the summit. I'll definitely come again next time!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance in the future. However, apart from that, the room's hygiene was satisfactory. What surprised me the most were the bed and sheets! The material felt incredibly smooth and soft, providing an excellent sleeping experience – almost the best night's sleep I've had on this trip. Anyone who appreciates high-quality bedding will be very pleased. The bathrobe was also a huge plus. The plush texture was incredibly comfortable, and wearing it to relax in the air-conditioned room or even as sleepwear was very cozy, making you feel right at home. I stayed on the 34th floor, and the windows were spotlessly clean, offering a wide, unobstructed view. Enjoying the city nightscape in the evening was particularly beautiful, with sparkling lights – absolutely worth it. While some wall surfaces in the room and bathroom fixtures showed a bit of age, and there were slight signs of wear in a few corners, overall, the spectacular view, convenient location, and excellent service completely made up for these minor flaws. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to 9th Street, making it perfect for travelers who enjoy nightlife, bars, or evening activities, with many popular spots within walking distance. I must also give a special shout-out to the concierge and front desk service team. The staff, especially the female members, were all very kind, enthusiastic, and eager to help. They not only assisted with laundry service but also helped deliver my online shopping packages and food delivery to the room. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, truly making me feel at home. What I particularly liked was that the hotel provided laundry service instead of making guests use self-service washing machines, which was a very thoughtful touch and significantly enhanced the stay experience. However, there are a few things to note. There are several sets of stairs from the hotel entrance to the lobby. If you're carrying large luggage, you might need to put in some effort to carry it up. It's advisable to be prepared for this before checking in. Additionally, the room interior features a multi-level design with steps in some areas. For someone like me who can be a bit forgetful and prone to zoning out when getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, extra caution is needed regarding footing. I accidentally stumbled several times when going to the bathroom at night 🤣. While the design is unique, guests with mobility issues or those prone to tripping might need to be extra careful. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent service, outstanding views, and a convenient location. Although some of the hardware facilities show signs of age, and there are stairs and indoor steps to be aware of, the attentive service team, comfortable bedding, stunning night views, and superb location made it feel very worthwhile. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit this city!

We extended our stay by one night due to our high-speed rail tickets. I specially bought a bubble tea and had the robot deliver it to our room – it was so fun meeting that cute, square delivery robot! My parents were very happy with the hotel's breakfast; it had a distinct Chengdu Giant Panda theme, with both Chinese and Western options. I really enjoyed the meat buns! On both our check-in day and the day we left, we tried the afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and the 'guilinggao' (herbal jelly) and 'bingfen' (iced jelly) were perfect for the current weather, very refreshing!

Choosing this hotel for an early morning flight was incredibly convenient. Our stay in the Cloud Enjoy Deluxe Twin Room was perfect. The room itself was spacious and bright, a well-laid-out 48 square meters. The twin beds were just right in terms of firmness, and the soundproofing throughout was exceptional; with the windows closed, we couldn't hear any airport take-off or landing noise at all. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all the toiletries were provided. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling window offered expansive views of the airport buildings. Inside, the smart temperature control and fresh air system were all top-notch, and the cleaning was meticulous. The biggest highlight of this hotel is the ability to check in and check luggage directly on-site, saving the hassle of queuing at the terminal the next day. We could walk unburdened to the security gate in just a few minutes, and we even received a fast-track security pass. The front desk staff were responsive, professional, and very helpful. Breakfast started at 5:30 AM, perfect for early flights. This is definitely the top choice for airport travel, balancing comfort and efficiency. I'll stay here again on my next layover.

I got an upgraded room with a courtyard, which was quite spacious. There was a large table, very convenient for placing things. The air conditioning was powerful, and the entire room featured Xiao Du smart controls. For takeout, a robot delivered it right to my room, and quickly too – super convenient! I added them on WeChat, and they were always responsive. The staff's service attitude was excellent, thumbs up! The smart toilet was great, and the hygiene was also fine. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. I forgot to take photos of the room. I stayed for 2 days and was quite satisfied. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. They even gave me a bracelet as a gift!

The hotel's location is super convenient, right on Line 2 of the subway, and the views from the 51st floor are amazing! It's also really close to all the city's main attractions. I loved the thoughtful touches like the individually wrapped bath towels and toilet seat covers. But my absolute favorite was the sound system – the audio quality was fantastic!

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

This four-star hotel offers excellent value for money. Its location is superb, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The lobby is beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, and there's even a robot show. A special shout-out to Ms. Feng, our hotel concierge, who provided warm and attentive service and helped me with many issues. Highly recommended!

This 10-year-old hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Everywhere you look is spotless, even the double-sided mirrors in the elevators are pristine – they've really done a fantastic job there! The aromatherapy scent is consistent and perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor too subtle. The air conditioning in the public areas is good, and the fresh air system works well. However, the AC in the rooms isn't very strong, and it can feel a bit stuffy; the room temperature is generally a few degrees higher than ideal, which is something to look into. Now, for the service: In short, it's excellent. Every staff member smiles and greets you or makes eye contact. The training and management are clearly top-notch. The check-in experience was also very good. Thumbs up! 👍 Regarding the facilities, Hyatt's F&B is always a highlight, and it gets a thumbs up here too. The swimming pool experience was also great – no strong chlorine smell, good water quality, comfortable temperature, and excellent lighting with a strong sense of design. Another thumbs up! Taking a walk around the hotel, you can really appreciate the design everywhere; it truly lives up to Ji Master's reputation. 👍 All in all, it's a great hotel, and I'll definitely be back! BTW, a certain 'Hua' hotel was such a letdown! I actually cancelled my reservation there last minute to come here instead.
