The location is superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Potala Palace. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The restaurant on the sixth floor offers excellent views of the Potala Palace, perfect for both sunrise and sunset. The room boasts a rare 180-degree view of the Potala Palace, which is a wonderful treat. The hotel facilities are excellent, including oxygen concentrators available for both diffused and nasal use. The service is impeccable; the front desk staff are always incredibly helpful whenever needed. The hotel also has a laundry room and a reading room.

This was my first time visiting Tibet, and I chose the Shangri-La. The front desk had a short-haired young lady who was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room. The welcome fruit and small welcome cakes were a lovely touch. The hotel's medical room was also a lifesaver. When a family member experienced altitude sickness, they immediately got an IV and oxygen. Plus, we could take an oxygen tank back to the room for 780 RMB. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the Tibet Museum and a 10-minute walk to Norbulingka. Taxis are also readily available for getting around. The breakfast selection was extensive. While the afternoon tea and dinner options weren't vast, they were all delicious. My only minor complaint would be that upon check-in, no one escorted us to our room or helped with our luggage. For first-time guests, dragging two large suitcases and suffering from altitude sickness, it took a while to find our room.

I absolutely love Farly Hotel. The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, like spinning prayer wheels and performing sang offerings. I particularly recommend the evening sound bath experience and the morning Pilates. The instructor's stretching exercises really helped improve my posture. I also woke up early to watch the sunrise, but there's a mountain to the east of Farly, so the sun actually appears about 45 minutes after the official sunrise time. Still, it was a beautiful sight.

This was the only hotel on Sichuan-Tibet Highway 318 with underfloor heating, which kept the room incredibly warm – no need for AC! The room was spacious and very clean, making for a super comfortable stay. We even got a free upgrade to a room with a fantastic view of the snow-capped mountains right outside the window. They provide scheduled oxygen supply at night, and I didn't experience any altitude sickness. Highly recommend this hotel!

The most satisfying hotel of our trip to Tibet, even better than the St. Regis Lhasa! 1. The hotel is very grand and the design is full of ******* style. 2. The location is excellent, very convenient for visiting the Jokhang Temple, and there are plenty of dining options/supermarkets nearby. 3. A special thank you goes to Manager Shiyi, a benchmark for service in the hotel industry! She called beforehand to confirm (though I missed the call), and upon arrival, upgraded our family of three to a family suite (two bedrooms and a living room, ridiculously spacious). She also recommended Xiao Pangzi Sichuan restaurant to us (which was delicious!). After checking in, any questions we had were answered very promptly, and she even allowed us to check out late at 3:30 PM, so my parents could rest well before their 4 PM high-speed train. We are truly grateful! I've never been so well taken care of as a Titanium Elite member at any Marriott property! 4. The hotel robots proactively deliver takeout to the room, a blessing for lazy people. 5. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, comparable to the St. Regis Lhasa.

Wow, this hotel is very good. Everything is very convenient. In particular, they provide a lot of free services. I will stay in their hotel next time. Everything is really good. The front desk service is very attentive and considerate. They will solve any problem as soon as possible and take the initiative to help us. The room aunt greeted and bowed when she saw us. This hotel made me feel at home on the plateau. I have to give a huge thumbs up to the Gyirong Chomo Langzong Hotel! I didn't have high expectations for a high-altitude stay, but I was blown away the moment I walked in—a rich ******* style blended with modern design. The lobby was filled with a faint scent of ******* incense, instantly soothing the fatigue from the bumpy ride. · Before I could even speak as I got off the car, a young man with a super-smiling smile came trotting over to take my luggage (I later learned it was Xiao Rui!) · They proactively upgraded our room upon check-in, and upon entering the room, we were served hot soy milk and fruit. · The recommended, non-influenced viewpoint was absolutely amazing! I captured the full view of Jinshan Mountain in the sun! I'll definitely be booking this hotel next time I'm in Tibet!

This newly opened hotel in Damxung was a lifesaver for a night, especially with its oxygen supply, which kept altitude sickness at bay. The massage chair was an unexpected bonus, making it feel truly like a five-star hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and helped with our luggage as soon as we arrived. The unlimited hot water was a dream! It's super clean too. Room 317 is hands down the best hotel room I've ever stayed in. Plus, they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. I was almost tempted to ask for more to take home, they were so lovely!

The service was professional and very supportive. We were greeted with a Hada upon entering, which was a lovely touch reflecting the hotel's local character, and the Hada itself was of good quality. The ******* ladies were beautiful, warm, and provided excellent service, while the young men were very helpful. Breakfast was also great; even as vegetarians, we found suitable options. Overall, our stay here was excellent. We are very grateful and wish the hotel continued success in its business.
