I can't even begin to express my gratitude to this hotel and their staff. I checked in last weekend for an initial 2-night stay that turned into a 5-night stay. I ended getting an infection in my eyes late Saturday night and literally went blind for 48 hours (until Tuesday). They were amazing and helped find a doctor to see me immediately. They walked me to the pharmacy to help me pick up my medication and made all the arrangements for me. The gratitude I have for this hotel will forever hold dearly to my heart. A special shout to Juan Diego and Laura for their kindness, warmth, amazing customer service and generous hospitality. I would have not been able to get through this situation without them both. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location is very centralized and walkable to area restaurants and stores. My next trip to Armenia will be at this hotel without hesitation.

Muy buen hotel, ubicado, en una zona tranquila, cerca de 2 de los mejores centros comerciales del lugar. Nos hospedamos 4 noches. Buen servicio de desayuno, muy elaborado, delicioso y completo. El jugo de naranja 100% natural. El restaurante del hotel tiene un menú variado y muy rico. El personal que atiende muy bueno. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y de buen confort para descansar. El baño con buena presión de agua caliente. La atención al cliente, en lo que es reservaciones está en el rango promedio. No obstante la gente en recepción es súper amable y colaboradora. El Internet es muy bueno. Lo recomendaría. Y nos gustaría volver. La mejor opción al visitar Armenia.

Had a wonderful experience over the course of my week long stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to check in early and extend my stay without issue. The suite was well organized without wasted space, beautifully designed and very comfortable. My only criticism is the double bed, for a corner suite with such a breathtaking view of the mountains I couldn’t get over the fact that my feet had to hang off the bed. A queen bed could have fit the space even if it were a little more cramped. Other reviews complained of street noise and the upstairs bar but with the blinds drawn it really cuts out the noise. They also have a nespresso machine in the room to brew up delicious local coffee along with other drinks and snack options in the mini fridge. Amenities were also a highlight here, the gym and sauna room were wonderfully clean and equip. The concierge also provides transportation with reliable individuals and money exchanging services (at a higher rate than you would at a western union in town) but provides you with the convenience and security of not having to transport any large quantities of cash with you. The floors are sectioned off with key card access to each floor via the elevator and posted security in the main lobby at all times. The rooftop bar was an oasis after a long day out in town. The downstairs coffee lounge was light and airy with hanging plants and a decent breakfast selection from the American breakfast of eggs, bacon or cheese, croissant and toast or arepa or choclo waffle, fruit plate, fruit juices and hot coffee or chocolate or a yogurt and granola option. There is Wi-Fi in the rooms but it was spotty on the balcony (probably from the thick concrete construction) but I had an amazing time and can not wait to return.
