Juan Jose.. You cannot come to this hotel without checking out Juan ... Best bartender in the city very energetic and very helpful... By the way he speaks English.. Helped us with translation as well directed us to great area in Cali.... The cocktail was awesome

This hotel is located on a VERY busy street; luckily, they have a private garage. The rooms are super small for a party of two. So small that they improvised a closet with two pieces of wood in the corner of the room. The beds are SUPER uncomfortable. You literally feel like you are sleeping on the floor. Our first night, we contacted the front desk at 2 a.m. to complain about the beds and to request another room, and they confirmed that all beds are the same and that they have received plenty of complaints about the same thing. The buffet breakfast was a joke. Cold food, no flavor, and not enough variety—I will not recommend this hotel and will definitely not stay there again!

It is an excellent hotel with a team of employees who are willing to have one to provide the best help to the guest, total cleaning in all.

I have visited this location in Sept 2020 during the pandemic situation. The hotel and rooms needs some love and care, but I guess that is standard for Cali so I will not review this property based on this issue. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for central travel . The rates were very low but that must to have been due to the pandemic situation. Their fitness area has just enough equipment to get a decent work out in or do your morning cardio. The food was very basic but again I haven’t experience it when the hotel would operate normally without the COVID regulations. In general this is a location would fit a stay if you come to visit for work it business and you really don’t need any amenities or services at your place of stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for tourists who want to enjoy and experience Cali. I don’t know If I would stay here again on my return.

The room was very good, that is, there was a song and dance performance at night. But all aspects are convenient, there is a shopping center downstairs. A lot of food. Shops, department stores, and supermarkets not far away. There is no bottled water in the room.

Checking in was smooth and pleasant. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning. Room & Toilet amenities were more than adequate. Breakfast is good and more than adequate. Location is a slight distance from downtown core. Directly opposite, literally a stone's throw. is the Chipichape Mall. Has almost everything you might need from banks to eateries, groceries and shopping of course. Would not recommend for first time visitors to Cali but great for local staycationers.

NH Cali Royal is a high quality hotel although the price is very accessible and much lower that one would expect. The bedroom was very large and comfortable. I slept perfectly every night 5 star hotel room at 3 star prices. The restaurant staff are amazing and helpful at all times. This applies to the front desk staff as well. The only negative thing was that the safe in my room was unuseable. I reported this but no one fix it during my stay. There was also a large crack in one of the windows.

Very good prices, clean rooms and very attentive and very friendly staff. They provide laundry and parking services. The room is very clean and has all the supplies in the kitchen...

What a terrible experience, start to finish. My booking was for my wedding night. I was told this was the best hotel in town. The stay was awful at every possible level of service. 1. i reserved more than two weeks prior to the stay. I NEVER received any confirmation of my purchase 2. I sent a detailed email through the contact form on the cosmos website, asking for confirmation a) that my reservation was received, b) please could i have a nice room because it was our wedding night c) asking for confirmation that i could have flowers and a gift placed in the room (to be delivered on the day of the reservation by a florist) 3. After receiving no response for another week, i went to the hotel myself to confirm the reservation and the details. The first receptionist ignored my presence in front of her. The second receptionist was friendly and confirmed my reservation and confirmed that the room was the best available, and confirmed that they would have the flowers and gift placed in the room as long as they were delivered after 3pm. 4. The florist delivered the flowers and gave further instructions to staff that the gift and flowers should be delivered to the room 5. Upon arrival at reception, the gift and flowers were still at reception - i couldn't believe how awful the service was to be honest. The surprise for my wife was completely spoiled. 6. the room was in disrepair - nothing major but the paint was old and stained. when we looked up at the ceiling there were dirty patch marks. the screws on the vent looked stained and really old as did the light fixtures. the shower did not drain so halfway through the shower we were standing in water. there was disrepair and broken plaster behind the door jamb. the balcony was dirty and old looking. 7. we ordered room service because we missed breakfast by 30 minutes. we were told that the staff member would see if the chef would 'do us the favor' of making us an omelette 8. When we made these concerns clear to the front desk, the receptionist pouted and had a curt attitude which continued through the whole checkout Overall the experience was poor on all levels, but since it was our wedding night, it was appalling. - And what a surprise - the feedback form wouldn't send either. Like every other part of the experience it is broken.
