This place has 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathroom is located inside the main bedroom. To make you have a nice sleep every bedroom has a very comfortable mattress where you can take a deep rest. The apartment is only 2 years old and all the furniture are brand new. The condo has a basketball area, gym and table games such as pools. Children can enjoy of a nice yard where they can play while parents can watch them sitting and enjoying of the beautiful weather. Kid's park is available from 4pm to 9pm.There is a lot of stores and restaurants close by such as Plaza Lama, La Sirena, Occidental Mall, Mac Donald's, Barra Payan, Kentucky etc.. Next to the entrance there is a grocery store that also has deliveries.Please be advised this is a very quiet condo and no party or noises are allowed. NO SMOKING, not pets. Electricity use included is standard normal use of 25 KW per day; extra use is 10 pesos/KW which is approximately the daily rate charge by the utility company.
