WwanderingmumSecond time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review.
The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation.
The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas.
The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!

MMr. Alex2045Centrally based, walking dust nce can 15min to tallinn ferry port, 15min to Old city, rimi hypermarkets and other shops nearby, lots of public transport and Bolt scooters. Modern building, Very efficient heating and ventilation, no odours or humidity, cloths dry in 5 hours. The only thing to watch out for is the blanket cover which is open at foot side and relatively short, the bedding is on a firm side, duvet and pillows are feathers

unfortunately getting 2x2 person familyroom there is risk that other side people are loudy. the door between rooms not keep voices away from otherside.

KkarietteThe place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days.
The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.

GGuest UserHotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. Would visit again for sure. One picture of the outside view.

RRyuki kI had a great stay at Metropool Spa Hotel and would happily come back. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was a real highlight — for €15 per person, it offered fresh fruits, good coffee, lactose-free milk, soy milk, and even salmon. Everything was fresh and well presented, making it a great start to the day.
The spa facilities were also impressive. There’s a small swimming pool and four different types of saunas. My favorite was the Finnish sauna, where you can create löyly (a burst of steam) simply by pressing a button. While there’s no traditional cold plunge pool, there’s a cold water shower positioned right in front of the Finnish sauna, which worked perfectly for cooling down between sauna sessions.
Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and relaxing spa made it a very enjoyable visit.

ここりまMy time at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was initially hesitant to book, even after seeing the high ratings, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. It turned out to be the best hotel stay ever! The staff's amazing hospitality, the hotel's ambiance, and its excellent location were all top-notch. I also added breakfast, which was delicious and something I highly recommend. The spa was an additional treat and provided a truly blissful experience. This is one of those hotels I'd love to stay at again someday – it was just that good.

KkakacoolJust one night at Mecure Tallin, but really be impressed. Warm welcome by Reception staff ”Margot” she's so cheerful ,sincere, efficient & helpful to assist in checkin & offer big help to us. So my friend & I could be early check-in after a very long hall flight (over 15hrs). Really appreciated. Room is neat & tidy with nice view. Hotel is so close to airport, walking distance around 7mins. A no.2 Bus stop is just a min distance from hotel main door, easy access to the town.
Only the bathroom for taking shower is too small, other than that is perfect. Will definitely come stay again next time in Tallin.
Thanks Margot's hospitality once again for making our first trip in Tallin a very good beginning & memorable.

GGuest UserGreat location, right next to bus and tram stops, and not far from the main bus terminal. The front desk staff were excellent and always eager to help with any questions. Breakfast wasn't super diverse, but it had all the essentials. My only minor complaint is that on the last day, the juice machine only had water in it.
