호텔주변경관도 너무 좋고 친절한 직원들도 만족스러웠습니다. 저녁식사 아침식사도 훌륭했고 그중에 제일 좋았던 것은 스파시설입니다.

Everything was great, the hotel is very new. The parking area was good. It's a 10-minute walk from the center. There was a little lint and dust on the furniture and floor in the room, but the furniture and the hotel itself are super new, modern, and spacious.

EXPERIENCIA DECEPCIONANTE. Nos dieron una habitación que no tenía ni cortinas ni persianas y no pegamos ojo en toda la noche. Se suponía que nos habían hecho un upgrade porque el hotel no estaba lleno y en lugar de darnos la habitación que yo había reservado, nos dieron ésta sin cortinas… ¿eso es un upgrade? Había un foco justo en la ventana que iluminaba la fachada exterior así que dormimos con un foco apuntándonos toda la noche. Lamentable. Esa habitación no debería estar en el catálogo hasta que no se resuelva este problema porque vas a un hotel a descansar, no a contar ovejas. La habitación tampoco tenía espejo de cuerpo entero y había muy poco espacio para dejar las cosas en el baño. Para ser un cinco estrellas, habitaciones muy básicas. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.
