The hotel is clean and well located. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and varied, although the quality was not excellent. I did ask the waiter for poached or fried egg and they did not offer. The pool was ok, but some shadow was missed, and since it was quite hot it was difficult to have a nap for instance. All in all, I would recommend it for short stays with the huge plus that is family friendly.

Quality facilities and location. Site that invites relaxation and enjoyment of both the facilities and the area. I would put a but... parents of small children, a spa is not a water park, it is a type of rest and relaxation if you are looking for fun for children, look for a water park or another leisure center and if not respect those of us who are looking for the essence of a spa. The Hotel should take more care of these details by reducing the hours with children and stricter rules because it does seem shameful to me that they allow access to children with floats or armbands, that already says about the intentions, otherwise clients looking to relax will not use the spa

Easy to get to from either the airport or train station, prime location on the stunning Riazor beach (if you’re able to, upgrade to a sea view room – the views are spectacular) with plenty of nearby shops/restaurants including a convenience store next door. The hotel has been extensively renovated and you can tell – I especially liked the reception area which had lots of comfy seating as well as computers and reading material. The room itself was excellent – clean, modern and comfortable with all the facilities you’d expect (kettle, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer, large TV), though the stunning view out the window was the biggest plus. Breakfast was fabulous, with sweet and savoury options as well as a cooked offering too. I had a fantastic stay and wish I could have stayed for longer – would definitely return, no questions asked.

The location of the building is great for those like me who went to Vigo to see the football game at Balaidos stadium. In the evening you need to use the taxi to go and return from the center view the distance from the structure and the uncommon connections with public means. Personnel of the structure very nice and always available for any needs. Minibar not in the room.

Great value for the cost. Spa was big enough and very diverse with a very nice and friendly employee. The staff was all very welcoming. Good breakfast and room. Free bikes was awesome.

Hotel con buena ubicación muy limpio,personal amable, la habitación grande ( por poner alguna pega se escucha todo van familias con niños pequeños y gritan mucho y es muy molesto, padres controlen a sus hijos no sois los únicos que se alojan en el hotel )
