Hotels With Gym in Region Of Murcia, Spain

Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked. Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night. Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection. Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

The hotel is very well located, with very friendly staff and very clean.

The room was very acceptable except the beds were basic and quite hard. The pillows were of poor quality . We had a view , but unfortunately it was of the desalination plant opposite. Air- Con very good . Safe in room free and worked well Breakfast was extremely poor and bland . No fresh fruit the first three days - only tinned . Then only melon and banana , next day kiwi !! A treat !! Considering the area we are in we found that hard to understand. No omelettes just fried eggs. One day actually started cooking my own as the chef was no where to be seen . Pre cooked scrambled eggs - there for the whole service . Bacon and sausages swimming in grease . Hard boiled also available. A selection of of sliced bread , no rolls etc . I think you get the picture. Coffee machines were good . Selection of various coffees , hot water and milk. When we got here the hotel was extremely busy. Wedding on the Saturday. Outside area /pool was cordoned off to “hotel guests” On the Sunday still busy , again “outsiders” came in for a child’s confirmation and pool party , so wasn’t again available for residents . My biggest disappointment was how ever after using the outside pool for nearly 4 days , I was told it was closed until July !! It was cordoned off . I complained and was told the pool had been closed all the time , they had no knowledge of the other use and if I wish to use it “that was my responsibility “ . we had to use towels from the room The Spa was “free” and part of the deal and I have to say was the highlight of the stay. Although the other reviews were spot on it’s in no doubt in decline . The area is rusty , the walls plaster and paint coming off . Being salt water and hot it needs constant maintenance I guess - clearly still not getting it . After Monday the hotel was extremely quite. The staff focus on service is non existent- no eye contact always looking at computer screens and no care or answers to enquiries. We didn’t eat in the hotel - not sure anything was available to be honest. There was no bar person except if you pressed a bell . The Hotel is situated as well we knew , right on the outskirts of town , but there are a few places to eat out locally ( rose Indian restaurant) the very best . There is also a “petrol station “ across the road that serves good food , beer and coffee . I know doesn’t sound great but worth a pit stop ( very nice people) . The walk into town is a brisk 20 minutes. As with many Hotels it could be great with the nature environment and beauty but it seems that there is no will and desire to be so .The management have lost their focus. I would come back to the area , but certainly wouldn’t come back to this tired, uninspiring place and quite frankly I’m not sure they cared if I did or not .

We stayed initially for 4 nights, but decided to extend by a further 3. Travelled to Murcia with my sister to stay with family, and then decided to stay on in the region, due to the continuing lovely weather. We booked the Ramada Resort in Puerto de Mazarrón online with ******* and ended up sharing two deluxe sea view twin rooms during our stay - one on the 4th floor - the second on the 2nd floor. On arrival we were welcomed by the lovely Soleil in reception. During our stay, she organised our room swap (due to staying on at the resort) and assisted in printing off return boarding passes. We found ALL hotel staff members to be attentive and pleasant, including the gardeners and maintenance staff. The equally lovely Ioana (Ana) and her colleagues in the bar area, were particularly attentive and we shall miss her drinks suggestions. The grounds and pool are well looked after and the sea and mountain views from the hotel are superb. The rooms are very modern, with large balconies, comfy beds, heated bathroom mirrors and a small fridge. The in-room satellite TV has a small number of English speaking channels - all of which were in high definition. The general vibe around the hotel was peaceful, un-rushed and relaxing. There were large bedded areas to lay on by the pool and plenty of sun-loungers evident elsewhere. There was also plenty of covered areas for those sensitive to the sun. The hotel throughout the weekdays was very quiet - only becoming more active over the weekends, but not excessively so. Apparently, (we were actually told this) their busiest time of the year, is a a ten week period from the end of June to the beginning of September. Please note: The Ramada Resort by Wyndham in Mazarron, is situated in an elevated position, up a hill named Calle Teide - hence the great views from the top. If relatively fit, it would take a person around 10 mins to walk up from the main road at the bottom, where a large Consum supermarket can also be found. The only real ‘downside’ to our stay, was the number of small midge-like flies that occasionally ‘pestered’ guests. However, a dab of anti-mosquito repellent helped relieve the frequency of these ‘pests’ somewhat. Re: actual mosquitoes - we only encountered them halfway through the week and generally only in the bedroom. They were easy to spot, as all rooms have predominantly white interiors. We chose not to eat at the hotel, due to the proliferation of very decent cafés and restaurants in town and by the marina. Would we stay here again? ABSOLUTELY! Without question.

They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.

Estuve el pasado viernes día 13/10/2023, y reservé una suite. Indicar que el baño está casi tan grande como la habitación, con su bañera de hidromasaje que no use, pero que tenia. La cama era de las dimensiones indicadas, pero el olor de la habitación, era insufrible. Cuando llegue, las ventanas estaban abiertas de par en par, luego eran conscientes de ello. Baje a recepción y lo indique ( la chica exquisita) y me dijeron que enviarían al servicio, ya que yo salía hacer unas gestiones. Cuando llegue, el olor igual y las ventanas de par en par. Habitación 523. Una pena que lo que podía hacer estado bien, suponga un no volveré, por si acaso. El tema del olor en las habitaciones, posiblemente de la ventilación debe corregirse, dada la mala imagen que te llevas. El parking, para coches muy pequeños y fuera del hotel. Avise de que el vehículo era grande y el chico que me acompañó quería que lo dejara en una plaza que no entraba. Lo pude acomodar en otra, con muchísima dificultad. Y cuando fui a salir, pues no podía, dado que habías vehículos que me impedían salir. Un poco de cuidado con estos detalles también vendría bien

We only stayed here one night and chose the hotel as it was close to the Bullring, where we were going to a concert. The location probably wouldn't be great if we wanted to be in the city centre, or old city. The hotel is really lovely. We had a superior room, the only difference I think, being that it had a small balcony. The room was great, and the bathroom was fantastic. A wonderful power shower, bath, toilet, bidet, and 2 sinks. Perfect. The towels were large and fluffy. The bed was very comfortable. The blackout curtains really worked. The room was completely dark in the morning. The pool is quite small, and there aren't really enough beds, but you can sit underneath enormous shades quite near the pool, and go to the pool when you want. The service in the small bar/restaurant is very fast, and everyone is very helpful. There is a beautiful outside bar that is open till 2.30am Breakfast was wonderful. We loved the hotel

I chose this hotel for one night stay because the price is attractive to me.If the same hotel in Shanghai,the price will be at least EURO200.The breakfast is so plenty.There are two coffee machines with many kinds of coffee capsules.It took me 15minutes waking to the city centre & also main shopping mall.It's really a good hotel.I'll stay this hotel again while I visit Murcia again.

The location is located outside the Thader shopping centre. The comfortable and comfortable bed. Very good cleaning. We have provided extra couchs and easy parking without having to use pay parking . and bowling next door

It is one of the best ibis budget in which I have been. Most modern and very comfortable decoration. Everything very clean. Super friendly staff. And, although it is a certain distance from the center, you can walk in a half hour and it's easy to park in car.

Convenient playing at the front desk. The front desk is very good. There are several restaurants and bars near the hotel. Suitable for playing and small stays.

The fact is that they have done a lot of cooperation with us. If it is true that we found some unimportant details at the beginning, due to the inconvenience caused to you, they did not provide them with a bottle of cava, but they themselves provided it. Positive: The hotel has a beautiful ”old atmosphere”. Most of the general space on the first floor (where we stayed) I personally found very atmosphereally decorated. The hotel room itself was also applied to the ”sphere”. Lifts in place. Free parking on the street. Great tram connection to the centre of Granada (20 minutes) Good breakfast/lunch restaurant next to the hotel! Improvements: Unfortunately, in our room only high windows without view. There were no lamps in the bed lamps, so only a large light in the room. The bathroom has a problem with fungi in kitnadens, which is a very big deal, and I hope that something will be done soon! There was no reception staff behind the check-out bar. We sounded the clock twice and waited a while. Then the key was put through the lock in the screen. (Payment was already arranged).

Lugar ideal, por su ubicación, por las instalaciones y por el gran equipo personal, atento y profesional y todos los servicios de que dispone. Estuve alojada con mis dos niños durante cuatro días y sin duda una experiencia para repetir tan pronto se pueda. La comodidad de las zonas comunes de cocina y comedor. Nosotros hicimos uso de ella para desayunar, ya que las comidas y cenas fuimos a los restaurants que María, la jefe de recepción nos recomendó, y agradecidos del acierto. Así como a visitar diversos lugares y Cala Cortina .Estamos muy contentos. También hicimos uso de la lavandería, subimos a la terraza con unas vistas espectaculares. Los niños encantadísimos con los toboganes que comunican las distintas plantas, toboganes que también usaban los adultos, una novedad que diferencia el hostel. En definitiva, satisfechos de la gran experiencia en LoopINN Cartagena. Repetiremos seguro! Gracias equipo

The photos display on the website of this hotel are not from this hotel. The hotel doesn’t have swimming pool and it is not closed to the beach either. Hotel is very modern and it is good for a 3 starts hotel, they have even minibar in the rooms but the beds are not comfortable for me, the mattress are not hard enough and you feel you are downing in. The shower is really good tho! The staff from the reception should be more friendly and welcome the guest nicer. No nice touch upon arrival nor when we did the check out. Hotel is ok for 1 night stay and if you dont plan to stay in the room too long.

Stayed a couple of nights during the Romans festival. The hotel is very calm, and the reception staff is very helpful. The elevators don't keep you waiting. The rooms are adequate size rather than grand but are clean and everything worked. Breakfast has loads of choice and provides a nice relaxing start to the day. Our Mercedes could not fit into the hotel parking elevator, so it was parked round the corner in the publico, no bother. Hotel provides a discount voucher (€34 for 2 nights). Hotel location is fantastic for everything. Our friend with mobilty issues got on really well. There was some noise outside with street cleaning activity early morning. Tea and coffee, kettle provided and an iron board and hairdryer. Very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Cartagena. Reception were really friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful. Very modern and nicely fitted out. We also had a kettle in the room with teas & coffees and a fridge. Would definitely book this hotel again.

We booked the plunge pool suite and it was absolutely perfect for an evening of winding down and relaxing. Front of house staff Lio and Javier were exceptionally good, tailoring our needs for the perfect stay. Lio is a wonderful addition to this beautiful resort and the management must recognise his commi**ent to customer service. Without a doubt quite possibly the best breakfast we have experienced in this area of Spain, the donut trolley was cute, cava delicious, bacon and eggs utterly delightful. It was a wonderful memorable stay. The pig farm close by is a little off putting but nonetheless we enjoyed the amenities throughout this beautiful resort. Ps. If you have opportunity then try and dine at Brutal restaurant, ( 10 mins away ) outstandingly good seafood and steak !!!!

The hotel was clean, in the room lacked the coffee shop as it was in the description. The large bed, the pad a little hard, the nice coats. The regular bathroom, we ordered a shower but we got the bathroom. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable and very comfortable. We arrived slightly earlier than check in and the kind reception let us go to our room. Very spacious and clean. We booked all inclusive so was able to have lunch. Hotel is situated 2 minutes from beautiful warm water amazing beach. There is a Spar shop to buy snacks. Bus service decent but ask for a bus map from reception. Few staff spoke English but gave me a chance to use my Spanish. The pool is small with adequate seating, you can get towels from reception. Back to the pool bit disappointing as no atmosphere, no daytime entertainment very quiet background music in bar. Entertainment in evening suited more for mature age group.

We arrived slightly earlier than check in and the kind reception let us go to our room. Very spacious and clean. We booked all inclusive so was able to have lunch. Hotel is situated 2 minutes from beautiful warm water amazing beach. There is a Spar shop to buy snacks. Bus service decent but ask for a bus map from reception. Few staff spoke English but gave me a chance to use my Spanish. The pool is small with adequate seating, you can get towels from reception. Back to the pool bit disappointing as no atmosphere, no daytime entertainment very quiet background music in bar. Entertainment in evening suited more for mature age group.
