We arrived early and waited approximately two and a half hours to check in. The female receptionist repeatedly told us that early check-in would require an additional €20 fee, which we were willing to pay. However, despite being prepared to pay, we were still made to wait. When another staff member arrived, he was friendly and ready to provide us with a room, but the female receptionist instructed him to charge us the €20 fee. We were then given a room immediately. This was a disappointing experience and made us feel that we had been treated unfairly. If the room was available, we do not understand why we had to wait so long before being allowed to pay the fee and check in.

Since the city is small and a popular tourist destination, I made a reservation several months in advance. If you hesitate, your desired room will be sold out quickly! - Located between the riverside and the city center, it's convenient for sightseeing and shopping. - Breakfast wasn't particularly promising, but it was delicious. - The sauna is available for family use in 30-minute increments if you reserve it at the front desk. Brand new resort, cozy, warm and spacious chalets with beautiful views. Staff were attentive and friendly, special mention to Ilmari and gentleman at the reception who kindly shared their knowledge about Finland and the resort. Some extra touches and few activities could benefit the resort like forest trail, fire to toast marshmallows, extra towels and drinking water in sauna space, but I am sure more is coming soon. Loved the quiet location of being in the taiga forest and yet so close to the city and the airport. Food was delicious, blueberry ‘soup’ is a must try!

The location was good with bus service to major places at doorstep. Reception staff was very helpful, breakfast was good. Only thing lacking was electric kettle in the rooms and no glasses in the room

The Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.

We visited for our honeymoon. The staff, Viljami, welcomed us kindly and provided us with fruit and other services. Thank you. Although the location is a little far from the city center, it was not inconvenient because I took an Uber when I traveled anyway. It's not a top-of-the-line facility, but it's a cost-effective place in Rovaniemi, where the accommodation is expensive. However, breakfast did not meet expectations.

The hotel is forty minutes away from the Levi ski resort. The check-in front desk is next to the white church. It is said that new people hold a ceremony here every week. The family room was very nice, but the fifth person was considered an extra bed and slept on a sofa. The hotel ground floor was great for watching the Northern Lights, and we saw them that night. There seemed to be a sauna in the bathroom, but we didn't try it as we didn't know how to use it. The hotel breakfast was an English breakfast, and the hotel entrance offered views of the ski resort.

Ми мали чудовий відпочинок на 3 ночі в цьому готелі. Бронювали будинок з каміном та сауною, щоб насолодитися тишею. Будиночки не новозбудовані але комфортні та затишні, є все необхідне для декількох днів проживання. Сніданки смачні, свіжі. Персонал привітний, доброзичливий. Якщо б була нагода відвідати Лапландію, не задумуючись забронювала б цей готель. Чудовий готель!
