A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mulhouse We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Mulhouse, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and cozy. The hotel’s interior design is truly unique – every space, from the lobby to the rooms, has its own character and charm, with great attention to detail. You can feel the creativity and care that went into making it feel both stylish and welcoming. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices. And the level of service was exceptional – truly professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. This is definitely our place next time we visit the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with personality!

The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is centrally and very well located. We especially appreciated the luggage lockers, which allowed us to enjoy the city without our bags both before check-in and after check-out. The only downside for us was that the beds weren't ideal (they were quite firm).

The hotel is located near the invasion and devastation, has a spacious parking space and looks friendly. In Petite France, despite being surrounded by tourists, the noise level was surprisingly low, making for a very comfortable stay. Facilities: The hotel has four floors; the elevator takes you to the third floor, and staff helped with luggage to the fourth floor. Someone also offered assistance when checking out by phone. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean. Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility. Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming. P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included.

Very clean hotel, excellent service, friendly staff, attentive staff, except for the small downside of the work noise.

Reception first said that we hadn't paid, then they only had one room for us, even though we had booked two. Then the two rooms were on different floors. At 10 p.m. a hotel employee came into the room when we were already asleep. She had apparently got the room wrong, she said. You have to use the employee elevator and walk through the kitchen. Very strange.

Loved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.
