The hotel's location was incredibly central, which we really appreciated. Our towels were changed daily, but there were no slippers in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. We didn't like the air conditioning because the fuse box we had to use to turn it on and off seemed very dangerous, so we never used it. Instead, they provided an extra heater which kept us warm. There was a capsule coffee machine, but coffee pods were only refilled on the first day. There was no main light in the room; only bedside lamps illuminated it, so we had to get ready in dim light. The shower cabin was only half-enclosed, so everything got wet after a shower, which was another downside. However, overall, we were satisfied with the value for money.

The staff are very friendly, and the hotel is centrally and very well located. We especially appreciated the luggage lockers, which allowed us to enjoy the city without our bags both before check-in and after check-out. The only downside for us was that the beds weren't ideal (they were quite firm).

Facilities: The hotel has four floors; the elevator takes you to the third floor, and staff helped with luggage to the fourth floor. Someone also offered assistance when checking out by phone. The room's decor shows signs of age, with some rotten wood, but efforts were made to preserve it. The view from the window was beautiful. There's a spa and facial service on the first floor. Each room has one hour of central shower and sauna time per day, but it's not separated for men and women; bringing a swimsuit is recommended. Cleanliness: Showers and toilets are separate and very clean. Environment: The interior is quiet and comfortable, and the surrounding architecture creates a sense of tranquility. Service: Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was very welcoming. P.S. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but everything was delicious. Eggs are available, and coffee and tea are also included.

I loved my stay. The room was nice, it was just a shame that the edge of the bed had tears for aesthetic reasons. The staff is very welcoming and explains the services well. I had a treatment, a signature massage that the hotel offers. It was well done and the room was very calming. On arrival, you are offered a small free welcome bag. And if you don't want the room to be cleaned every day, they give you a little surprise in the morning on the door handle, which I really appreciated. I will recommend this hotel to those around me, because I am satisfied with it.

Het hotel is wat verouderd. De airconditioning op de kamer werkte niet waardoor het enorm warm was om te slapen. Ook wil de kok niet alles klaarmaken wat op de kaart staat. En werden we verplicht buiten het hotel te gaan eten. Het ontbijt was wel meer dan in orde.

Loved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

When I booked the rate given was EUR 108 inclusive of tax, and to pay at property. I did not include breakfast. However, when I arrived they charged my EUR 145. No details printed. They only send me the invoice via email after I have left the hotel. Then only i realized the amount was different and they added breakfast without telling me! We didn't take any breakfast as I assume it was how I booked earlier via Trip.com.
