I like the old fashioned feel of the Adelphi the history and just the splendor of the building.
I have one criticism I'm disabled using a walking crutch and in the breakfast room no help from the staff. I had to ascend floor steps with a walking crutch taking my plate.
No offer of help.
You may say I should have asked but for Health and safety reasons the staff ought to have offered

The location
The view for LFC parade
Great view and great atmosphere
The hotel reception
All is good
I have just one point , the security in front of the door for hotel activities should respect the hotel guests , I don’t wear ring for the activity but i am in hotel . He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .

Stayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror.
I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep.
That said, I would still stay again.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC.
I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did.
Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there.
I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

Hotel staffs were one of the most friendly bunch i’ve met on my trip to the UK! they were very friendly and approachable, making the entire stay really comfortable. The location is almost perfect, exit the train station and there’s it is, right across the road.
visited in December as well and the Christmas market is about 2mins walk from the hotel. the main shopping district is about 2-3mins walk as well. will visit again for sure if i’m in Liverpool.
Great location for shopping restaurants and local amenities and near to travel networks great bar and restaurant on site too friendly staff and good facilities my wife likes to walk down lord street and shop plus a large selection of small coffee shops to have a rest

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. Many thanks Lee Atkinson

I had a good stay at Pullman Liverpool. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere and comfort made it an enjoyable experience.
The only downside was that the dental kit provided was expired, which was disappointing and something that should be checked more carefully. Aside from that, everything else was great and I had a pleasant stay.

Great hotel. Rooms are really nice, kitchen area is excellent. Very handy to have a small kitchen set up as well as hotel services. Rooms are very clean, modern and bathroom a very nice size.
Living room great and even with a pull out sofa bed there’s plenty of room to move around. Main bedroom really nice, comfortable bed and what we did like was TV in both rooms.
Location is excellent.. central to everywhere within easy reach.
Parking is minimal on a first come first serve base but they sister up with a huge multi story Carpark which is not to far.
Highly recommend and will definitely be booking for further trips to Liverpool

Location: Right next to the train station, with a direct passage to the station, so you don't need to go outside. The room was quite spacious, though I could hear some train noise, but it didn't disturb my rest. I really loved the lobby's decor.

GGuest UserI booked the cheapest plan, which was a double room, and since I was traveling alone, I had plenty of space. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and they even tidied up the room midway, so it was always clean. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, so it's a shame I couldn't have it on the second morning due to my flight schedule. I wish there had been slippers in the room.

JJanieLizNegative points from our stay
I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible.
I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price.
Positive
All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us.
We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey.
The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out.
Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

AAlaa FayedThe room was clean and the location was across the road from the Royal Liverpool hospital. The only drawback was that the room was equipped for people with physical challenges. Although great, this meant the sinks are fitted very low. For a 6'4” tall man, that was inconvenient for my back.
GGuest UserA Memorable Birthday Celebration
Rating: ★★★★★★★★★★
I celebrated my birthday at the Titanic Hotel , and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The outstanding service, coupled with thoughtful touches like a birthday card and complimentary chocolates, made my day truly special.
The luxurious room provided a comfortable and elegant space to relax and enjoy my stay. What's more, the hotel's spa is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever visited. The attention to detail and quality of treatments were second to none.
The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the water and offering a glimpse of the hotel's beautiful luxury apartments. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel for any occasion, as it offers an unparalleled experience that goes above and beyond expectations.
GGuest UserSince everyone's reviews have already covered the rooms, I'll update with some food and drinks.
The apartment was great, and the service was excellent. The room had a minibar with four bottles of water, which really helped us out. The first-floor lounge was also great, perfect for a drink in the evening. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and I could go on a wild walk after a meal.
GGuest UserThis hotel was excellent! Ideally situated for the M and S Arena, the Albert Dock and Liverpool 1 shopping area. It is literally 15 mins walk from Lime Street Station. Check in was done online and key was ready to collect via a machine in the foyer. I'm not 100% keen on this as I do like the personal contact with the reception. Had to go there to ask for breakfast details so in future would probably just check in there anyhow, but the option is there if you prefer that. The room on the 4th floor was really nice, clean and comfortable. Slight grumbles were regarding the bed being a bid hard and the small shelf, rather than a table in front of the mirror. Breakfasts were excellent, a very wide range of good quality choices. The lounge and dining areas were very clean, modern and well designed. All staff were very pleasant. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. It was excellent value in comparison to others we have visited in the city in the past. Will definitely be back! Photo is a view from our room - the two Cathedrals in view.
