The breakfast is of high quality, offering a wide variety of food options that cater to different preferences. The hotel staff provided very good and prompt service throughout the stay. While the hotel is located slightly outside the city center, it is conveniently situated directly on a metro line, with only 3–4 stops to the city center, which takes approximately 10–15 minutes. Regarding airport access: for those traveling light (e.g., with a trolley suitcase), public transportation is a convenient option, with a direct bus to the city center and then metro, total travel time around 50 minutes. For those with heavier luggage, it is recommended to use a taxi for comfort and convenience. The hotel is also next to a large shopping mall and several supermarkets and casual dining options, although higher-quality restaurants are found in the city center. The hotel rooms are adequate and acceptable, with generally fair cleanliness. The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center with a wide variety of machines, allowing for a full-body workout. Additionally, the hotel has a pleasant swimming pool and a very professional and well-heated sauna, which enhances the overall wellness experience. The presence of water dispensers both in the gym and near the sauna is highly appreciated and essential for guest safety, helping to prevent dehydration.

I had previously emailed them requesting a room with a good view, and indeed, the hotel assigned me a high-floor room directly facing the Parliament building. The transportation is very convenient; there's a taxi stand right outside, and the metro station is only a few hundred meters away, making it easy to get anywhere. However, European hotels are generally quite small. If you don't have high expectations, it's certainly acceptable, though the hygiene was a bit subpar – there was a spider that seemed to have been living there for quite some time.

We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. Best was the swimming pool area. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly made our visit unforgettable!

Hotel had everything we needed and the staffs were really nice! It is also very near a metro station, supermarket, and good food. Only down side is that the carpet is slightly stained (might be hard to maintain), otherwise all other facilities was really clean and nice. Also note that it might not be for light sleepers as the road sounds are loud and every hour you’ll get big honking/sirens wailing.

Perhaps my favourite hotel in Budapest! The service and rooms are comfortable and surpassed our expectations. The breakfast is plentiful (with champagne!) and complimentary tea and coffee is available throughout the day.

Everything was fine except for the housekeeping service, which was quite rude. We stayed for two nights, and on the first day, housekeeping entered our room without knocking while I was in the shower. On the day of check-out, housekeeping opened the door again at 11 am When I told her I was still inside, she replied, “You check out today!” I explained that I was aware, but check-out time is 12 pm, as stated in the hotel policy. This was by far the rudest housekeeping experience I’ve ever had.

Check in was smooth and friendly. Room 310 was fine on appearance. But later we discovered a problem with the air conditioning reverting back to a temperature of 26. We contacted the front desk staff who came to the room. He said it appeared to be working properly so there was nothing to be done. Shower didn’t have an enclosed door, so parts of the bathroom were flooded. Breakfast had a variety of options. We particularly liked the fresh juice station. There was also a nice backyard-like part of the restaurant that was peaceful to have breakfast in. We had a repairman look at the air conditioning, but he claimed the problem was that we didn’t know how to work the key holder electricity slot, like this was rocket science technology never-before-seen in an hotel. A chance encounter with the hotel manager eventually led to us changing rooms. Room 112 was much better, smelled fresh and air conditioning worked properly. We paid almost 1500 rmb a night (and no complimentary water in the room) because of Coldplay concerts so value wasn’t great for what we received. Wouldn’t stay again despite liking the local neighborhood vibe to the hotel.

The hotel is very well placed on a street with little traffic, it is a 2-minute walk to the main boulevard where there are many restaurants with Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish and many others. In front of the hotel is a beautiful park which in winter is decorated with many lights and next to the park there is a market, and behind the hotel is a grocery store. The staff is very kind. Impeccable cleanliness. Unfortunately, the view from the room I got was overlooking the inner courtyard, but that didn't bother me. As bathroom accessories, there were soap, clean towels, slippers and the bathroom was equipped with a bathtub. On the mezzanine there is a very nice bar and restaurant. You just have to be careful with the parking because it is not free and there are not many parking spaces left in the evening. Many applications can be used to pay for parking, such as Tpark, which I used very easily, or easypark, but I did not manage to pay with this one, even though the receptionist recommended it to me. I am adding some relevant pictures, and I have added a picture with the parking rates at the airport in case you need this information, maybe they will help you in your decision to stay at this hotel. I recommend this hotel and for sure if I come back to Budapest I will stay at this hotel again.

RRumpunchqueenMy recent stay at the Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the experience was luxurious and flawless. Here’s why this hotel deserves all five stars: 1. Warm Welcome and Check-in: Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who immediately made us feel at home. The check-in process was seamless, and they provided us with a helpful overview of the hotel’s amenities, spa services, and nearby attractions. The lobby itself is stunning, with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. 2. The Room: We stayed in one of the Kozmo Rooms, which was beautifully appointed with elegant, contemporary furnishings. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, with a separate living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. The room was immaculately clean, and the design was both stylish and practical. Every detail, from the plush linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities, screamed luxury. 3. The Spa: The spa at Kozmo Hotel is truly a hidden gem! After long days of exploring the city, we treated ourselves to a massage and some time in the sauna. The staff at the spa were professional and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. The heated pool and whirlpool were the perfect spots to unwind, and the ambiance in the spa area was tranquil, with soft lighting and calming music. 5. Location: The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Budapest. It’s situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many of the major attractions, including the Danube River, Parliament, and St. Stephen’s Basilica. There are also plenty of cafés and shops nearby, making it easy to experience the best of Budapest’s culture and cuisine. 6 Exceptional Service: What truly sets Kozmo Hotel apart is the level of service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and they were always ready to assist with any request we had. Final Thoughts: Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa is the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and top-tier service. Whether you’re visiting Budapest for leisure or business, this hotel provides a luxurious retreat in the heart of the city. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly five-star experience. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing
SSteffenDA nice and pretty affordable four star hotel - perfect for families. Clean, relatively big and modern rooms with river view and balcony. The rooms are bright and give you a good feeling. Bathtub and shower in one. Medium size TV with an okay selection of channels. The very nice thing about this hotel is the pool and sauna area. Several pools for swimming, relaxing and one pool with thermal water. They even have kind of a medical spa/hospital attached to the hotel where you can get (health) cure. The breakfast has a great selection and is delicious. The hotel WiFi works very good and is available almost everywhere. The service and staff are friendly and helpful. They provide you a free water bottle in the room as welcome gift, which other hotels don’t as the tap water is drinkable. The location is on the island, where there are parks and kids playgrounds nearby, even there is a very small zoo for kids to play/touch some animals. To go to most sights/inner city/circus/thermal pools you can take a taxi with the Bolt app for approx. 8-10€. Near the hotel there is also a very tasty chain restaurant VakVarjú Étterem with typical Hungarian dishes. The hotel is also very dog friendly. We loved our stay and will come back. We also stayed in Danubius Hotel Helia nearby, but this one here is much better!

MMirabdulOur recent stay at the Pullman Budapest was largely positive, though with a couple of minor hiccups. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the fantastic service and the hotel's unexpected kindness in upgrading our room. The room itself was quite stylish and comfortable, featuring a clean, minimalist aesthetic with a large, inviting bed and crisp white linens, as seen in the photo. The artistic wall mural behind the bed added a unique touch of warmth and color to the space. The bathroom, which appears to be integrated into the room's design, was modern and well-appointed with a sleek sink and ample towel storage. However, our initial experience was marred by a blocked sink in our upgraded room, which, while frustrating, was resolved within two days. Another somewhat unusual incident occurred late one night when we requested a refill for our water bottles; we were asked to bring the bottles down to the reception for refilling, which felt a bit unconventional for a hotel of this caliber. Despite these minor issues, the Pullman Budapest proved to be a decent hotel, offering good service and comfortable accommodations.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right on the Buda fisherman bastion the best location,a little pricey. Disappointed due to no air conditioning hotel said they put off air conditioning during this season Starting October. Most of Europe does this. They instructed us to just open windows,if a person has respiratory issues it would affect their breathing. The temperature of the room is not consistent near the window is cold away from the window is hot, Otherwise it is a good place to stay.
