Beautiful and clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The tvs in the room are a bit small and the wifi needs a little boost. The food is delicious whether ordering room service or eating in the dinning area. Have stayed at this hotel several times and plan to use again in the future.

Very good modern hotel with all the facilities. Sizeable rooms with aircons and all the necessary stuff. Large child friendly pool. Seven kms outside of city centre but easy to get a ride in and out of all the noise and traffic. Full restaurant and excellent 24/7 room service.

I chose this hotel in part because it has a large pool. It was less than half filled, up to crotch level, which made swimming impossible. There were numerous tiles missing, some of which were on the floor of the pool. When you swim, inevitably some water enters your mouth, which I never thought about before, but I kept thinking: I must brush my teeth -- until I realized that the flavor of the water was like liquefied bad breath. The electricity went out twice the night I was there. The hall carpets smell musty, but at least they help muffle the sounds of the insufferable muzak that they pipe through the hallways. Internet did not work at all in the room, I had to go down to the lobby to use it. On the plus side, the shower was great, and they gave me early check-in.

I stayed here with my wife back in March 2019. I stayed in suite on top floor. This is my second time to Palangkaraya. It was a nice sized room with a king sized bed. I had friends over and there was plenty of room. The food at the restaurant was good, I ate dinner and breakfast there. The people working in restaurant had limited English skills but with my basic Bahasa, I was fine. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I am coming back to Palangkaraya in June, and I will definitely stay here again.

We were highly pleased with the cleanliness of the room, good location of hotel, and, especially, the excellent service by the staff! We appreciated the hot water heater in the room. The outdoor pool was gorgeous and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel.
