I been to this hotel for quite ***y year, and quality, service , hospitality is all time the best, its keep increasing , the best ***agement , employees , hygienic food , rich rooms, ..you name it. i like hotel GM Mr.Rajesh Berry , very active , approachable , his warm greeting during morning break fast time a friendly talk with visitors and with his own crew members. .. If you're on business trip or on personal trip., you should make your stay at this hotel, you wont be disappointed .

Booked Vivanta Vijaywada for a mini family reunion. Excellent location and great amenities. But the absolute best part of the stay was the hospitality of the staff from the front entrance to front desk, all restaurants, security & drivers. Everyone was courteous, very helpful and friendly. Special mention of Mr Raju who went above & beyond in helping us get settled in. And also the wait staff at Mynt & Bayleaf - their smiles made the food taste better! Food was very good - we had a Andhraite in our group and they gave their seal of approval for the local cuisine at Bayleaf. All in all excellent experience. Some cons - the corridor smelt very strongly of smoke - our initial rooms were in the non smoking section. Mr Raju quickly moved us. There is music playing loudly in the lobby and common areas which we found annoying. Still no hesitation in recommending this for stay in Vijaywada. If I go back I would definitely stay here again.

1. The hotel is very close to the airport and can be reached in more than 10 minutes; 2. The doorman of the hotel will open the door and help carry luggage to the front desk to check in; 3. The hotel room is very clean and spacious. It will provide 4 bottles of pure water, slippers, bathrobes, bath towels, towels, toothpaste and toothbrush. 4. The hotel is noisy near the main road. The car horns can still be heard when the windows are closed and the curtains closed. Indians like to honk when driving. 5. It is still a sound insulation problem. The sound insulation of the room and the room is not well done. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 in the middle of the night, and it was 12:30 after washing. The TV sound next door was still loud and people were very noisy. 6. Because the itinerary is very fast, I have not experienced the hotel's other services, so I will not evaluate it.

Room 120: AC was on full blast with no option to make the room warmer. We had to freeze and could not sleep even for 1min. Spent the whole night walking up and down the hall. At 1am the hotel staff are asking if they can repair it. Fan was also working on 1 speed only full speed with regulator not functioning. Room 114: No hot water in the rooms at 6.30am. We called reception twice and they kept saying after 2-3 buckets hot water will come. Even after 10buckets no hot water. Bedsheets smell of dampness and toilets were not cleaned. ABSOLUTELY NO KID FRIENDS FOOD AVIALABLE IN THE EVENING. We had a small child and no idly, dosa, tiffin options at all after breakfast. We had to feed the kid just biscuits after a 5 hour journey. Horrible stay overall. Pathetic hotel and not worthy of a Fortune/ITC brand at all! Local boarding lodges would have been better!
