We recently stayed at Radisson RED Indore hotel, and the level of service we experienced was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the entire team went above and beyond to look after us with genuine warmth and care. The staff here are absolute professionals, and a few specific teams deserve special recognition: The Reception Team: Our check-in and check-out processes were seamless. They welcomed us with radiant smiles, handled every request efficiently, and made us feel instantly valued as guests. Special mention: Tarun and Gunjan. The Restaurant Service Staff: Dining staff here was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Hospitality is good...staff is friendly..and the rooms are clean and well maintained

Great place! The outdoor terrace looks amazing with all the little lights and hanging plants, and it's warm even on a windy and grey day. They are pet friendly, that is a plus for me. They brought us water and a little treat for our puppy. The food was great, beautiful and delicious. You should try the Tuna in the appetizers

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

Nice hotel staying here for sometime already

It's a nice hotel in indore. The amenities and food are also good. The gym and pool were also well maintained, and cleanliness was also at its best.

Overall impressive stay! The check was a bit weird as they take photograph and scrutinise a lot it seems. Room was spacious, reasonably priced, staff was nice. There was a mall nearby as well with many eateries around. Would definitely stay here again
