This is undoubtedly one of the best hostels I have stayed in in Italy and I’ll tell you what happened. Basically I was quite late to check in and checked in only at around 6:45 pm in the evening and initially the room I was offered had only upper beds left and all the lower berths had been occupied. Gaia at the reception was so kind  she actually looked up all the rooms available and suggested after almost looking up for 30 minutes as to where she could place me as I did not want to sleep on an apple bed she gave me another room which was room number 13 and I had originally booked for an eight bedroom but I paid a little bit extra to get into this four bedroom and I was very happy because the room was speaking span. There was ample space and bathroom and toilet was separate which meant it could be used by two people at the same time, conveniently, especially in the mornings when people are in a rush and the plug points were very ideally placed! I loved staying here and even paid €10 for a very fancy breakfast! I’d love to come here again.

Very pleased with my stay. Hotel kindly upgraded me from a Single Room to a Double Room in low season in November, which is really nice. The room is spacious, with good natural light, double glazed windows and good ventilation/air con/heating. Toilet with stand shower is of a good size as well, not too small and cramped. Hotel location is super close to the central station in Florence, around 5 mins walk only to it, which is very ideal for travellers arriving into Florence by rail. It's slow walkable to pretty much all attractions (within 15-25 mins), so is a good place to base yourself in for a short stay. Similar to many hotels in Italy, there are a few steps at the entrance but there is a lift to get you up to your room. Check-in process is smooth and complimentary breakfast is decent. I especially love the coffee and jucie machine and pancakes offered. It'd be great if besides scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meats like sausages can also be offered. They do have some basic cold cuts and cheese and ham as well, yogurt, and cornflakes, it's a more diverse continental breakfast, which is great for a 3 Star Hotel. As the hotel is very close to the Train Station, you do hear trains / trams passing through from the streets, but the noise level is acceptable with the double glazed windows' insulation. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

The location could not be any better. And the room we had was very nice. Think we got upgraded to a cozy double. We didn't have breakfast as we thought it was a little over priced at 18 euros. The minibar didn't have any prices so we assumed it was free but we were asked if we had anything when we checked out. We lied and said no and got away with it. So if it was meant to be free then massive thanks! If not then you need to put prices on it :)

It happened to be Halloween, and they also prepared candy for us The location is a bit far from the central attractions, but you can buy bus tickets at the front desk and take a few stops to get there. I absolutly loved it here. Being a solo traveller the glamping tent was just perfect for my 3 nights. I will be recommending this to friends and seeking out Hu wherever I go! I have 4 nights at the Rome one and I am quite excited as I was so impressed in Florence. Thanks Hu -Camisha from Canada

The structure was inaugurated a month ago, more or less. I strongly recommend you go to their official website and sign up, download their app from the store. By signing up, you will become a member of the Blue club and will have access to discounts of up to 20% and various privileges. After 5 reservations, on the website and on their app, within 12 months you become a & o hostel club plus. With discounts of up to 25% and other various advantages, listed on their website. I stayed for a month so I can make a complete review, I think. I tried both the 4 and 6-bed rooms to sleep, structured on well-made bunk beds all in steel. Comfortable mattresses, the only thing is the covering is a bit viscous and makes rumlrye even at night, but it's not a big deal. I found the 4-bed rooms better (very spacious, the ones on the right when you exit the elevators numbers X01 -X10, X is the floor number). Both types of rooms have private bathrooms. The larger ones have two bathrooms, with shower and sink, the other with sink and toilet, without bidet. Intelligently very comfortable since there are 4 in 6 if the one with the shower is occupied you can easily go to the other to maximize time. The structure is 7 floors, plus a floor -1 floor, where the large served dining room is located, the kitchen where guests can cook for themselves, toilets and more. It is not perfect, there are some small shortcomings here and there, distributed in various sectors more often due to rude customers, than the structure, but overall I absolutely recommend it. I was fine, also because the staff is competent, polite, always available to solve the customer's problems. I thank the director of the facility for having treated me with kid gloves from the beginning and for having resolved disputes with other users who were tenants of my same rooms for reasons of rudeness. I stayed for a few days and was most satisfied with the restaurant service. I was impressed by the superb working ability of the female supervisor, who was very efficient. What was valuable was that she could do it herself and was very skillful. The room service was a little regrettable. After staying for one day, they did not prepare water for cleaning. The bathroom had a little smell of sewer. It was not a big problem if the door was closed. In addition, I heard the vigorous work outside the door early in the morning every day. Don't you consider the feelings of the guests? It would be better if they were a little gentler. As for the location, it is quite close to the train station, but it still takes 20 minutes to walk to the main scenic spots⬆️.

Perfect location by the river. Short walk to everything! A bit dated (and the beds could defenately be better), but with tons of charm and old history. Almost like a museum in its self. If i ever should come back to Pisa, i would love to stay at this hotel again.

Located right across the train station. Best for travellers like us traveling from city to city just needed a corner to lay down our stuffs the moment we arrive at the city. Pisa is a small city. Everything can be done by bus. Highly recommended for its price and location.

The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go. A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive. The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean. Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum. Thank you for the rest.

We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

Posizione strategica, prospicente il mare, facile da raggiungere. Possibilità di lasciare la macchina, anche al parcheggio dell'Hotel. Struttura molto bella esteticamente e curata, nel design e nella pulizia. Personale cortese. Abbiamo usufruito di un'upgrade gratuito. Purtroppo per un mio errore non era stato prenotato il servizio di colazione a buffet. L'abbiamo poi pagato (piuttosto caro, a mio avviso, anche se ci è stato applicato un piccolo sconto). Struttura consigliatissima.
