The room is decently sized with a comfortable bed, and the friendly staff and convenient location made our stay great. However, do note that there are no baby amenities (e.g. baby toothbrush, baby shower gel, sponge, etc) provided. Also, for drivers, the parking lot closes at 10 PM, so you’ll need to be back by then. Since we were traveling with a toddler, the early closing time didn't bother us.

As a long-standing five-star hotel, the facilities are very well-maintained, and the entire front office service is professional and rigorous. However, the housekeeping and cleanliness in the guest rooms don't quite match the hotel's overall standard. I stayed for 6 days and the dust on the bathroom light fixture was so obvious yet it wasn't cleaned. I won't even mention other details. The service quality from the South Asian staff needs improvement.

This hotel is located at Nagoya Sakae Station, with direct subway access from its basement (B1). The front desk is on the 24th floor, and breakfast is served on the 7th floor. There's also a supermarket and a drugstore downstairs! Definitely recommend it!

The location is right above Nagoya Station, which makes it super convenient to go anywhere, and there are tons of food options nearby. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but other than that, everything's perfect, haha. It really depends on your personal preference, but if I were traveling with family, I'd definitely recommend this place.

My stay at ESPACIO Nagoya Castle left a lasting impression, primarily due to the incredibly attentive and professional staff! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. As foreign guests, we truly felt at home, thanks to their fluent English and Chinese, along with their thoughtful guidance. The hotel's interior is elegantly decorated, exuding an artistic ambiance. Whether in the lobby, restaurant, hot spring, or when staff were explaining room facilities, everyone always had a smile and readily attended to guests' needs. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagoya Castle, offering a peaceful environment, though finding dining options on the street at night can be a bit challenging. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food quality was remarkably high! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its 100% service and museum-like artistic atmosphere. While it's on the pricier side, it absolutely delivers an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Nagoya!

This was by far the most stunning hotel of our trip! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were captivated by the panoramic views of Inuyama Castle, and the surrounding scenery was perfectly integrated. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-designed, with every room offering a fantastic view. We were provided with three sets of sleepwear and yukata, which added a wonderful touch of ceremony – I especially loved the pure linen yukata! The Uraku-en Garden was exquisite; walking through it on a rainy day felt like stepping back into ancient times, truly moving.

Kanko Nagoya can relax with a massage treatment, or browse in the hotel’s shopping arcade. Services include a concierge and in-room dining. The entire hotel relies on air conditioning for ventilation, as windows cannot be opened. The double room was small, just barely adequate. However, the surrounding area offers excellent accessibility. It's about a 10-minute walk to Muji and the famous HARBS cake shop (the original, historically significant branch). Popular restaurants like Gyoza no Ohsho, Umahachi, and Chen Mapo Tofu (Matsuzakaya store) are only about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is located between Sakae and Fushimi stations. We usually opted to take the subway one stop from Fushimi to Nagoya Station for shopping at Takashimaya (which houses the renowned Din Tai Fung on its upper floors). Getting to the airport was also convenient, involving a subway transfer to an express train. So, the hotel's location is indeed exceptionally convenient, with easy walking access to shopping centers like Mitsukoshi. During our four-day stay, we noticed a high number of Korean and ********* tour groups, which made it quite noisy. Therefore, it might not be suitable for guests who prefer a quiet environment or wish to enjoy hotel amenities. However, this type of budget hotel is very popular, with its affordable price being its biggest advantage.

Firstly, a big thank you to the front desk staff – they were really enthusiastic and had a great attitude. English communication was absolutely no problem. I went to the convenience store to buy bread and fruit but didn't have a knife. The front desk staff went to the restaurant to borrow a dining knife for me to cut the fruit (and it was already midnight!). The room space was very generous, easily accommodating two large suitcases. For Japan, that's quite spacious. Although it's not directly connected to JR, and you might need an umbrella if it rains, the Fushimi station is very close, about a 5-minute walk. The only downside is the poorly designed bathroom, with water splashing out everywhere.
