Best hotel we have stayed in throughout our trip across Central Asia. The location is central, close to everything, there are several supermarkets in the neighbourhood. When the sky is clear, you can even see the mountains from your room, it’s beautiful. Everything was great and the people who work here are so nice and helpful. Regarding the laundry however, we appreciate the fact that it is free and that they have someone doing it for us, but we would have preferred a self-service laundry where we can do it ourselves as they didn’t even fold or dry our clothes, they just dumped them in a bag, all wet and crumpled. We were told that the dryer was not working but they could’ve just hung the clothes on something and waited a couple hours for them to dry before returning them.
Also, we were told that the phone does not work yet in the room as the hotel is still new and that we could contact them via WeChat, unfortuantely we couldn’t download WeChat with our international phone numbers so we had to go downstairs every time we needed something. That being said, they were super helpful every time we needed anything. They even had a translator and a lovely man dressed as a military who kept welcoming us with a big smile and helped us whenever he was there.
We also liked the Chinese breakfast, it was hearty, diverse and comforting. They have all the amenities you could need, the room is clean and spacious with the comfiest beds and high quality sheets, slippers, bathrobes; the bathroom is spacious, cozy and practical and more importantly clean. There is also a bidet. They provide water, fruits, free laundry and whatever you need. You can use the microwave in the basement to heat your food and there's always tea, coffee and water. They also brought a mini fridge to the room after I left a comment about it, this was such a nice and thoughtful gesture, thank you! I have extended our stay several times as we needed to rest and I don't regret my decision.
Pros:
- Good location close to the city center.
- Quite modern architecture and interior.
- Not bad breakfast.
Cons:
- Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation.
- Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road.
- Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep.
- Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable.
- The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error.
- Quite weak water pressure in the showers.
- The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out.
As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.
The room is clean and hygienic, mountain view room, beautiful scenery, the room price is a little expensive, there is a horse and chicken at your own expense, free swimming pool, swimming trunks are required
The hotel next to the Sofitel Hotel is OK for business trips, convenient travel, after all, the country is so big, there are dining inside. The breakfast was full, stayed twice, the hotel was tight, booked in advance, and the road was built at the door last time.
It's around the 400-500 range in China.
The breakfast was good, though.
The refrigerator in the room kept turning on every 20 minutes, which was annoying.
In short, these 13 hotels in China were horrible compared to the one in China.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff from reception to the restaurant. The staff was always eager to help, which was especially impressive.
The rooms were clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.
Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage . So was a bit disappointed with the service and expected more for this level of hotel.
Breakfast was ok . Was enough things to choose and eat.
Room was large and had all you would want.
Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned.
Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym
Hotel is fine, it's located next to a casino. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and recently renovated. The hotel is definitely not 5 stars though, it's a 3 star at best. They can improve some things to make it better. There is only one lift which was out of order in the morning which meant we had to walk up and down 5 stories for breakfast. There is really strong smell in the room from the renovations which needs to be dealt with. The breakfast was ok but nothing special and the quality of food could be improved.
The guy at the reception seemed unfriendly. We arrived an hour before check-in, he offered early check-in for $6 per hour. I don't know, maybe this is the hotel's trick to make money every hour. But it immediately put us off. If the room is free, why not check in your clients an hour earlier?
Overall, the room is large, everything works properly. We were there for one night and it was enough for us.

WWorldbeautyне понравился отель, вид что в одну сторону что в другую никакую, рядом с отелем стоит генератор дизельный, который гудит ночью и мешает спать, номера старые! завтра плохой - есть нечего, бассейн маленький - разочарован
