The room is large and hygienic. Every night there will be a smell of sewers. Breakfast is generally no option. The elevator broke down two days before check-in. I can take the stairs. Later, the elevator was repaired, but the up and down were very slow. It was seriously shaken on a floor.

All super in my stay,is far from the consulate and the q transfers do are with time that the hotel has and the return is in Uber or taxi.

Food at tge restaurant eas really good, great selecti on, reasonable prices and portions were bigger than standar serving size. For breakfast we tried Chilaquiles and eggs, came with beans too. For dinner we had the tacos sirloin, apeticers cant remember the nane but, the portion for 2 people were more t h an enough, so we share with a friend of us,.

Hotel is extremely nice and is well maintained. Room was nice and clean with the exception of the big window overlooking the city had hand and face prints on it for the entire week stay. It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed either. Everything else was clean and cleaned daily.

Excellent service, care, delicious food, very recommended for family trip, the only thing I can recommend to the hotel is to have a little more waste boats, I used bags to go accumulating my waste, But it would be convenient for them to have a little more ships for waste storage. All was great, we enjoyed a lot of all the services of the hotel.

The hotel environment is OK, but the hardware facilities are relatively old. The breakfast is very rich, the transportation is very convenient, it is worth recommending, and the hotel service attitude is also very good.

The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and efficient. The location was unbeatable, everything you needed was close by, the embassy, ​​several restaurants for breakfast or lunch, and a mall in front. Best breakfast EVER HAD. that chef that makes the eggs is the best in the world. The pool was awesome and very clean. The drinks at bar phenomenal. Can’t wait to come back and the room was a1 perico perfect.

Very good one-time hotel experience, the younger brothers and sisters at the front desk will speak English, very nice! Perhaps the only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good, the other is good! 👍👍
