I had requested a little complimentary surprise for my husband’s belated birthday and our upcoming wedding anniversary, and to our surprise, they prepared two cakes for us! GGuest UserOverall, this was an above average apartment stay. Lots of amenities in the apartment, including a washing machine, cooker and full size fridge. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — the apartment is situated directly above Paradigm Mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining and getting around without having to travel far.
The stay itself was comfortable enough, but there were a couple of issues worth highlighting. Firstly, we received an unauthorised SMS that appeared to be related to our booking, and we nearly fell victim to a scam. Guests should be especially cautious about responding to suspicious messages or making payments outside the official booking platform.
Secondly, although the apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests, we were provided with only one access key card. This was quite inconvenient, especially for a larger group where people may have different schedules and need to come and go independently.
Overall, the stay was satisfactory and the excellent mall location was a major plus, but better security awareness and providing sufficient key cards for the number of guests would significantly improve the experience.

GGuest UserExcellent! The kids had a blast. It was very clean, the air conditioning was super cold, and the house was huge with plenty of rooms and space. Plus, it's less than a 5-minute drive to Legoland.

FFina-chanAffordable hotel with a spacious room that's able to accommodate an extra bed (at an additional cost of 151.20 RM). Room rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast for 2 adults. You can add-on at the counter for kids above 6 years old. Hotel is located directly above Mid Valley mall which is very accessible from the hotel. Front desk was fast with our check-in and room service was helpful in setting up the extra bed for us. Highly recommended for short family stays over the weekends!

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place.
However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly.
Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

Everything is NEW and water pressure is good, bath tub is deep and fit body well.
Bath robes material soft and like teddy bear furry 🤣🤣
Coffee machines and washing machines work well, even provide detergent.
SOME improvement make it more perfect:
1) kitchen towel might need to ready for light cooking
2) pet friendly lift is slightly smelly, lift running in noise

GGuest UserFrom the pov of other guests it's a very vary bad hotel. Intercom wasn't working, internet wasn't working and DRILLING INTENTIONALLY DONE with plans of disturbing me. All this was infact not done by hotel management but they were helplessly cooperating in all the mess. Shows hotel is not actually under the control of management but somebody else. BUT I ENJOYED THE STAY. ALL I WANT IS EVIDENCE FOR JOINT CONSPIRACY AND I GOT WHAT I WANTED. in every place I visit drilling happens which proves every single human being is leading life for name sake following somebody else's instruction and not leading their own life. Only by posting these videos in youtube I can make the world understand this.

We cannot take it so many cockroaches and I report it and send the photo but there’s no action. Very disappointing additional on that the toilet really stinks like the urine smell. I can say they never clean the toilet properly cos the sink also have stain.
