There is a stick and iron in the room. Also a bottle of water for greeting would have been nice. The kits are too thick. There are no bathing clothes in the room, only for free loan and not in oversize. It was also very cold in the room. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast was also excellent.

Our TV did not work. Batteries and technical service were/was not available because we checked in after 6 pm. Reported at check-out. Answer: thanks for reporting and sorry for that. However, no compensation or a cup of coffee for the inconvenience. Very disappointing. You book a room with facilities and then you want to use them. We did not make a fuss about it, it is not worth it, but it is a shame. Otherwise a great hotel!

Hotel environment was good BUT : 1. Check in and check out timing. Four o'clock is very late for a check in. Global standard allows checking In as from 13.00 hours! Eleven o'clock is very early for checking out. Again global standard sets check out at 12.00 with possible extension to 14.00 hours. 2. The room was supposed to be ” comfort plus”. I experienced no special comfort or extra comfort for that matter. Room was standard in terms of size and equipment. 3. Reception staff allowed the ”concession” of checking out at 12.00 and went to considerable length stressing that it is a gross exception! Not the right attitude for a service organization.

Overall, a great stay! The underground parking (paid) was super convenient, breakfast was plentiful, and it was very quiet at night. Plus, it's within walking distance to all the city's main attractions!

The social hub is well born. The atmosphere is relaxed with a nice mix of students and tourists and digital nomads. Rooms are large and despite central location it is quiet. Beside the door park and robbery top floor perfect place for drink & sweet and beautiful view!

Location is good, service is a bit poor, but it's a clean hotel

It's a chic hotel, but to renovate. The room looked clean and clean. The washboard was broken, but the indoor shower made a lot good. And the 2 good seats on the room was also a plus point! Sorry for the windows with single glass, they are to be replaced! The sauna was very small but was certainly enough, just like the pool. Well-served breakfast.

Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean, and in a fantastic location. The beds were super comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The staff truly made the experience special so welcoming and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely come back!

The hotel is in a superb location overlooking the town. All the Christmas attractions (grottos, Winter Wonderland, etc.) were within easy walking distance. It was absolutely quiet at night, both inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast was ample and very tasty. Oddly, there were no small spoons for the eggs, but that was forgivable. The room was perfectly acceptable for two nights. The only negative point I have to mention was the hair in the bathtub. This was completely out of character with the rest of the hotel's overall impression. Otherwise, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Thermae 2000 for a stay in Valkenburg.

The NH Maastricht is a somewhat dated hotel. However, the rooms were clean and nicely spacious. The staff was very friendly. Our air conditioning wasn't working at first. After a brief notification at reception, a technician came and fixed the problem. The location is good. The city center is a few minutes away by car.
