This hotel is conveniently located within a shopping complex that connects directly to the train station, offering a wide variety of dining options. The complimentary luggage storage was incredibly helpful, especially since we were traveling by train to explore the Norwegian fjords. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally warm, friendly, polite, and eager to assist, providing us with a lot of help. Our room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was extensive. The restaurant ambiance was cozy and made for great photos. Highly recommend for travelers! đđ
The location is relatively remote and not very downtown, but the air around it is very good. There is a subway just a short walk out of the city, so it's OK. The only thing is that the room is a bit dark, but you can open the window for fresh air and it feels pretty good.

The location was great, and I used the rooftop spa, which I enjoyed by taking a dip in the pool next to the birch trees and enjoying the view of the city. Breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options at the restaurant next to the building.

Location is convenient, about 10 mins walk from Oslo S. although it is in the direction nearer to the office buildings and away from the attractions.
Breakfast spread is amazing and tastes good. Room and bathroom are spacious, bed is soft and comfortable.
The only drawback is the amenities. There is no toothbrush provided, and I find the shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash a little too mild / diluted, would have preferred it to be thicker and foamier. Body soap is ok.

The bed was a little small and the mattress was too soft. The room itself felt quite small, making it a bit cramped for a double room. Breakfast was pretty good, but there were no meat options, and I hope they could offer more variety. Overall, the experience was okay.

The location is superb, connected to the train station. The room size is ok and comfortable for 2 nights stay. Breakfast spread is adequate but same food was served. Gym with free weights. No free coffee, compared to other hotels in Norway. Laundry washing is available in sister hotel, with a fee.

The location and facilities were excellent, and it was easy to find. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, but do be prepared for an uphill climb. The room itself was spacious enough and very clean throughout. One minor point: there was some construction happening nearby during my stay.

A family of three stayed in a family room on the 5th floor. The room was a bit cramped, but its location on Karl Johans Gate was excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. Breakfast was good, and if you couldn't make it to breakfast, the front desk would thoughtfully arrange a convenient breakfast for you to take away if informed in advance.
Loved my stay at Quality Hotel Hasle Linie! The room was neat and the walk-in shower always welcome. Lounge and bar made socialising quite a comfortable experience and I very much appreciated the extremely very buffet breakfast with plenty of healthy options and tasty treats. Would book a stay again in a flash!

SSL Ng VictorBook this comfort hotel for proximity to central station yet far enough to be away from pedestrians. Near tram and bus stations as well that can bring you all over town. Walking distance to Munch Museum, Bjorvika broadwalk all the way to Akershus Fortress and Castle. Breakfast was GOOD. Same stuff everyday but variety enough to try different things for 3 days.

SStef T.I have told myself to manage my expectation as itâs 3-star hotel after all. But itâs Norway so I am a bit more critical than if it were hotels in other countries.
The location is ok, not too much in the city centre but close enough to work to touristic places. The service of staff is really hit and miss: some staff are really good and helpful. I told one of the staff in the morning that I wanted my room to be vacuumed as it was not cleaned properly (if at all) when I checked in the previous day. I would expect an apology but the staff just shrug and said ok.
The breakfast is the savour of their 3-star. Plenty of choices, well decorated restaurant, staff are efficient in refilling food and drinks.
The room is a standard 3-star, the balcony is a bonus. Overall itâs acceptable with this price in Oslo.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. Breakfast was also very good, quite generous for European standards. You might want to try the liquid fish oil, but be warned, it's a bit fishy â I decided not to buy it after tasting. The hotel is super close to the train station, just a short walk away. I also appreciated the secure elevator system; you need to swipe your card on the ground floor before you can select your floor. They even upgraded my room to one with a sea view! I'm extremely satisfied.
GGuest UserFirst of all, my baby and I brought 3 pieces of luggage, and the receptionist didn't seem to want to help at all. When I checked out, I met a very good receptionist, who was very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location and has a high cost-effectiveness. This price is much more comfortable than living in Japan.

BBenjamin G77Perfectly acceptable hotel room, nice bathroom.
15 mins into the City Centre on the tram/tube that's 5 minutes walk away.
Amazing spread for breakfast.
Very nice staff at reception/restaurant and cleaning/maintenance staff.
Lovely Thai restaurant opposite.

GGuest UserMyself and a group of HE students have returned home from a conference where we stayed in this hotel.
The staff were really helpful and polite. Every morning we would ask for fresh towels at reception and these were either provided there and then or delivered to the room within 10 minutes of the request. The hotel is located around 10-15 minutes walk away from the marina, the tube station, royal palace. The students really enjoyed how central the hotel was to everything.
Check in and out was smooth, and the rooms were clean. There was a QR code in the room to scan if you wanted the cleaner to come in on a daily basis. Â There was a small selection of snacks in the reception area to purchase. On the other hand the breakfast variety was really good. Â From fresh waffles and pancakes to cooked breakfast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, fresh smoothies and juices.Â
Overall this hotel is great if you want a base to go and explore Oslo. I would recommend this hotel to a weekend away.
