Very clean and modern Hotel, nice rooftop pool. The only thing I would complain about is the coffee at the breakfast. The taste is very watery and not strong as it should be. Also the cinnamon roll I bought from the restaurant was not fresh.

Room is clean, with friendly and nice staffs. Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are.

What an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it! The only minor downsides: - you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10 - there is no reception in the room - there are not many power outlets in the room

Hands down the best and most value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in the Philippines! Even without considering the price, the hotel itself easily deserves a perfect score. The front desk staff were super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade. The whole hotel just made my eyes light up – stepping from a regular street into this villa-like world was amazing. The room was comfortable, and the shower was great (heaven knows how rare that is in El Nido!). All the staff were incredibly friendly. The restaurant food was consistently delicious. And the best part? Free airport shuttle during working hours! It was so good, I just had to give this hotel a thumbs up.

From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. You get a 5-star experience at a very reasonable price, making it one of the best values in Puerto Princesa. I highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. Room was clean and comfortable with soap and toothbrush in bathroom, just 10 min walk from bars and restaurants, 20 min walk from airport or 100 peso on taxi bike. The breakfast is OK. The AC was not working properly in the standard room that also has no window. But was upgraded to the Delux room.

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff in Carpe diem especially to Donald! ;) the guy at the reception i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment he gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Donald im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Carpe diem! For those who checked a high quality type of service and good place to stay please choose carpe diem by the way the food is great they have a big serving its all fantastic but the most highlight of my stay is the service of Donald;) please send my regards to him M

There are 7 of us in this family vacation, three rooms. Sunset view is stunning. Private beach is a long strip of white sand, quiet and kept clean. Most memorable of all are the friendly staff that serve us with a pleasant smile, courtesy and first class personal service. General manager Arthur is accommodating and attentive to our needs - a great grandma and a 2 yr old. The food is great. The restaurant manager Emi Lomarda is incredible, attentive to details, went on a second mile to serve us including preparing special order local delicious food by Chef Jude. Lee Ann and other waitresses and waiters are all great. The Front office people Mikay,Nica, Kris, Carla; Drivers Darrell n others, Housekeeping April and the bell men all have made this vacation memorable, pleasant and sweet.

Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals. We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no. Butter sweet really my mother passed away after the first day we checked in staff were phenomenal caring and attentive front desk and Esperanza who came to Assist at the hospital - everyone was supportive and helpful - and for that I am eternally grateful- bathroom could have been cleaner - but that’s being critical x
