I recently stayed at Grand Summit Hotel General Santos and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located in General Santos City, making it easy to access malls, restaurants, and key areas around the city. The property itself feels modern, clean, and well-maintained, which immediately gave a good first impression upon arrival. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the quality of the bed—it made it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything worked smoothly during my stay. Service was another highlight. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with requests. Check-in and check-out were efficient, which made the overall experience seamless. The hotel facilities, including the pool and dining options, were also enjoyable. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the food was generally good, offering both local and international choices. The service is extremely excellent. The food was good I highly recommended to all new comers OFW and people wants to visit in gensan. Wifi is good too✅

We enjoyed our stay at Avior Hotel. The staff were very nice. The location was perfect. The free collection at the airport was very useful. The rooms were big enough. The bed was comfortable but I think it was two single beds pushed together hence the bed sheets kept coming off. The shower was okay but the water was cold. Breakfast was alright but pretty basic and the staff weren’t very efficient clearing tables and preparing new ones. We struggled to find a table on our second day and had to ask for cutlery which the staff happily provided. Check out was quick and easy.

The hotel is good, but it is often not booked. This is one of the best sprinkle shops in General City. No other hotel is incomparable in terms of facilities or services.
