Hotels With Gym in Western Visayas, Philippines

My third time going to Boracay, my first time was in Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, however it was too far, 2nd time we stayed in Villa De Oro, and for my third time, we stayed here at La Carmela. Our stay here at La Carmela was a clutch decision but a truly memorable one. We celebrated New Year's Eve 2022 at La Carmela. We stayed there for 9 nights. But I must say, some employees are not that dedicated and passionate with what they do, except for the security personnel who were all very accommodating. I myself, I am a front office agent, I can't even feel the sincerity with the service they provide. I was actually expecting a lot from La Carmela since Mr. Boy Abunda has always been promoting this resort during all his shows, in addition to that, so many celebrities and even influencers have stayed in La Carmela and seemed to like their services. But, to my dismay, all my expectation weren't met, unfortunately. Food is average, our daily breakfast was always served ice cold, pool is massive and beautiful, location is priceless since it's near the beach and just near to everything else where. I just wished they can step up their services including personal services to their guests, most especially that there are already a lot of hotels booming as their competitors. I know La Carmela has been there for countless years already, so why not make their legacy a good one. Overall, our room was okay, we waited for so long for our MUR, plus the ac in my mother's room is not functioning well. Would love to consider this hotel once more as it is perfect for budget travelers like me. stayed for 9 nights with my partner, mother, and my sister, and we only paid PHP 25k for everything including their plated breakfast. I hope you consider all the points I have mentioned, See you soon, La Carmela. :)

- Buffet breakfast was okay; 8/10 wide variety of choices. - Going to and from Dmall is like 5 to 10 minutes by foot, or you have an option of riding an e-trike. - 5 minutes walk to the white beach. - The hotel was located on the main road, yet it was very peaceful. - Staff as well as guards were all accommodating. They always greet guests. - Each room has a balcony. The view is good. They have racks to hang your wet clothes. - WIFI connection was terrible as well as their air conditioning unit. We raised concern to their concierge. After some calibration made by their staff, it was just the same. Meanwhile, they added a router inside the room. It helped at first but eventually WiFi slowed down again. We just let it pass since we only stayed two nights there.

There were some ants in our room and on the bed and the hotel staff assisted immediately, by offering to change rooms. We celebrated a birthday and they made it extra special during breakfast! One thing that bothered me… the housekeeping leaving a warning for us not to smoke in the room even though we hadn’t been doing so. We followed the rules and made sure not to smoke in the room, but we were met with a warning that a smoking was detected in the room and that the hotel would charge us two nights stay as a result. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel. The beds are soft and the location is perfect!

Gosh , I’m a food lover , their food exceeded my expectations, they had a lot options to choose from , from Chinese food,Korean food,Philippine food and western food. It’s conveniently located closer to the beach, you can watch the sunset and take lots of beautiful photos ,a lot of restaurants around the beach and small souvenir shops . There’s also a D’mall close by . They also have airport pick up service,which made our transfer smooth . I would definitely be booking with them next time . The hotel located close to station 2 ,you can take the boat to different islands

I requested a room that has a nice view and the property didn't fail me.. We can see the city up from our room. The staff are so friendly as well. They always wear a smile whenever we see them. The property is secured as well and clean. Thank you for the wonderful stay

This hotel is 5 star due to the courteous staff and management, who make you feel like royalty. The facilities are top class like the rooms that come equipped with flip flops, tea and coffee, gowns, hot water in the showers and comfy beds with smart TV. The massages are top class, the skypool, the big pool aswell, and great breakfast. Not forgetting the beachfront view. You get the best sunsets I have ever seen. All the comforts if you are looking for a top star hotel. Well done Hennan crystal sands !

Never will I go back again to Hennan PARK. And also, their beach towels were old. It’s frustrating cause that branch is newly opened. I like Hennan REGENCY better when it comes to location.

This hotel just opened on October and I must say, it did not disappoint. I would have rated 5 all in all but there are minor improvements. My overall stay was impeccable and I felt like a VIP. Thank you to all the staffs, Zephora who processed by checkout and late checkout request, the gentleman (I didn't get his name) who assisted me doing check in. The guards, the kuya who helped me with my luggage, and the lady who assisted me to my room you all deserve a 10/10 for customer service. Their VP Ms. Kaye even left a handwritten message welcoming me to the hotel which was personalized. The way that my was prepared was immaculate - very clean, spacious and the first hotel who offers Apple TV and iOS/Mac casting 👏🏻. Everything is brand new. It's worth the money. Their breakfast was okay, but there could have been more selections. Their pool is 😍. I will definitely be back at this hotel. I hope that the staff will stay the same, humble, all smiles, and accommodating.
