The location is perfect, after or befor sunset and sunrise, we could see excellent landscpe. If you have an energy, you can go to the center by foot and could look the local's life. Specially, the pool is excellent.

At check-in (around 21:00), the staff did not guide us about things that should be provided in other hotels, such as Wi-Fi, restaurant location, breakfast time, and location and time of the sports center. When I inquired, he gave me a guide and seemed annoyed that everything was written in the room (there was no such information in the room). It's very disappointing that this has happened at Hilton. After making up the room after the first day of stay, water, water cups, and towels were not refilled in the room. I called and answered but...why is this happening. In the case of the swimming pool, it was unavoidable because it was confined water, but there were a lot of dust and leaves. I stayed 1 night at Hyatt and 3 nights at Hilton in the same city. It compares too much to Hyatt's staff, service, swimming pool, etc. I hope they provide services worthy of Hilton's reputation. Meals are not 5 star. The flower of hotel breakfast is fresh fruit juice, but it doesn't seem to be there. Only three types of fruit were served the same throughout the three days.

Only stayed 2 nights. The only complain I would have was incredible humidity- but I am not sure hotel could do anything about that, that's just the climate. Helpful front desk and security, I needed a taxi which took a card payment and they were very eager to help. I may travel again soon- will definitely come back.

Going to the Courtyard Trinidad is my family's home away from home. We are catered to as soon as we arrive to the time we leave. The rooms are modern and the beds are comfortable. My children enjoy the pool and now that more games have been added to that area, it's hard for them to leave because they are having so much fun. The food is delicious and they are always ready to sing and celebrate ”special occasions” with cake. I never regret my stay here that's why it's our home away from home ❤️
