LLuane JordaanAbsolute bliss from the moment we arrived until check-out. The facility is spectacular, and the staff — from reception to the ground crew — are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable.
The facilities are top-notch and provide endless entertainment for both younger and older children, making it the perfect destination for families. What impressed us even more is how considerate and respectful the lodge is towards nature, which adds to the peaceful and beautiful atmosphere.
We would most definitely recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. A truly wonderful experience — we can’t wait to visit again!

ZZethu n2023 I visited this hotel with my mom and a few of my siblings. The location is amazing, the hotel rooms are also very clean and spacious with great stuff and it’s a very quiet space because of this past experience I decided to book my mum for two days in winter 2025. My mum has been sick so the doctor advised her to rest and get some sauna and since the hotel claims to have if we thought it be convenient for her to stay. It’s currently winter in South Africa and yet the were no gowns in the room this really upset me because I am not even in South Africa now I have to call for that request while I’m busy. I am truly disappointed at these two points.
