The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the breathtaking beauty of the rainforest. The resort is nestled right in the heart of nature, offering a peaceful and serene environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villas are beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids especially loved their cozy beds and the balcony with a view of the lush greenery. One of the highlights of our trip was the excellent service provided by our butler, Xiaodai. From the first day, he was incredibly attentive and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, answering all our questions and giving us great recommendations on what to do and see around the area. Whether it was arranging a fun jungle adventure for the kids or helping us find a delicious local restaurant, Xiaodai was always there with a smile on his face and a can-do attitude. The resort also has a variety of activities for kids, which kept my little ones entertained throughout our stay. They had a blast exploring the nature trails, participating in the kids' club activities, and swimming in the pool. It was so nice to see them having so much fun while also learning about the rainforest and its unique ecosystem. In addition, the food at the resort was delicious. There was a wide selection of dishes to choose from, and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. The staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a pleasant dining experience. Overall, our stay at Manyin Rainforest Resort Villa was truly unforgettable. My room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the front desk lady added me to her Wechat in case I needed anything. There was a hassle several hours after check-in, late at night, when she needed a photo of my last entry stamp to China, which was several years ago, and she kept demanding ”the other ones”, and I tried to explain they only need the most recent stamp, not ALL of them. It took way too long for her to understand that I hadn't been outside of China since 2019, so it seems they aren't used to having foreign guests. During check-in, we used a translation app to communicate. The location is convenient, in the market but on a street that isn't quite as busy, so it isn't too loud at night, and there are many restaurants nearby. The swimming pool didn't have any water in it, so that should have been listed on the hotel's information instead of showing photos of a pool with water in it and then me being disappointed after seeing an empty pool upon arrival.

It's really convenient to stay here when you come to Xishuangbanna. It's close to everywhere. It's a 3-minute walk from Starlight Night Market. The room is clean and the service is friendly. There is a comprehensive hall on the first floor of the hotel. There are 4 elevators that go directly to the 23rd floor to the hotel front desk.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights in Xishuangbanna. The owner also upgraded our room. The location is very good, the balcony is super large, and the night view is beautiful. We chose this one after a long time. The hygiene is perfect and the service is super good. It can be seen that the owner and employees understand the guests very well. There is a one-to-one team of private butlers. If you have any questions, they will reply immediately. There is laundry service for several nights, and it is also very convenient to order takeout. When we were leaving, we couldn’t get a taxi, so the hotel also arranged a car to take us to the station. It is very inconvenient to take a taxi in Banna, especially in the peak season. The service is really considerate for one adult and one child. The homemade lemonade at the front desk of the hotel is very good, and the children love to drink it. It is definitely a team that provides service with heart. I will recommend it to my friends, and the price is also very good!

I personally think Prague Hotel is the first choice for bringing children to stay in cave rooms at an affordable price and with good service. 1: The hotel is located at the outermost part of Gaozhuang, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. 2: The hotel includes breakfast for every guest staying in the hotel. It is different from the catering of four-star hotels. It is the rice noodles that the locals of Banna eat for breakfast. The green belt wall on the roadside can be used as a table. It really tastes the same as the rice noodles that cost 8 yuan a bowl outside. 3: The hotel has its own shuttle bus to pick up and drop off. When you go to the night market, a guy will take the initiative to talk to you in the lobby. Do you need a car to take you? The guy in the store is really good. He knows where to have fun in the scenic area. The Thai food and mushroom soup pot recommended to us are also very delicious. It is not expensive, less than 200 yuan per table. There is also a guy who drives to pick you up when you return to the hotel. It's great.

At first I read the reviews saying it was a bit noisy, so I booked for one night. I felt it was okay with the door closed, and it was usually not noisy after 23:00, so I renewed the reservation for 3 nights. As long as it was convenient, the entrance to the Xingguang Night Market is on the left side of the hotel, which is very convenient. There are many popular restaurants near the hotel. You can see the hot air balloons of the night market from the balcony on the 3rd floor. It is highly recommended. There is no peculiar smell in the room. The decoration is simple and stylish. There is cleaning every day, and the service is also very good.
