This is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms & the pool area are lovely but that's were it ends. We arrived at midnight to be ignored for 5 minutes while the 2 ladies on reception had an argument. We checked in but were told nothing about the hotel or where anything was. The food was awful so we ate out most days. Snacks were just some bread, cheese & cake left on the bar between 3 & 5. We booked this hotel as it had a gym but on the second day most of the equipment was taken out & when i asked they said it would be replaced but it wasn't. There was no entertainment day or night which i thought was standard for all inclusive hotels, apart from a singer on 1 night. The staff were rude & ignorant, couldn't even smile. Took ages to get served at the bar. The only pleasant staff member was Natalia behind the bar who was lovely & friendly.

Absolutely loved it !!!!! Near enough to everything but a nice distance away also to relax . The hotel itself is completely spotless and has a lovely pool . I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Reception staff are very friendly

Overall, we felt very comfortable in the hotel. It was clean and the service was good. All of our requests were fulfilled, such as renting a parasol or having breakfast outside of regular hours. The location is very central and a few meters from the beach. The hotel also had several pools and roof terraces that were very pleasantly designed. Our room also had a sea and city view with a spacious balcony. The room furnishings were functional and the bed was very comfortable (king size plus). The breakfast was varied, there was a good selection of fresh fruit, and the coffee was also very good. Most of the guests were English, but the atmosphere was relaxed and uncomplicated. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Our experience at The Deya Apartments was nothing short of a nightmare. We were forced to move rooms three times, each new room presenting a fresh set of horrors. First, there were poo stains on the couch, an appalling sight that should never be encountered in any hotel. To make matters worse, we found body fluid on the same couch. It was beyond disgusting and showed a complete lack of hygiene and cleaning standards. The staff's response? They simply told us to deal with it and refused to speak to us further. In our second room, we were greeted by a cockroach scurrying across the floor. As if that wasn't enough, broken door handles made it nearly impossible to secure our belongings or even feel safe in the room. The third room was the worst of all. Green mould covered the bed, posing a severe health risk. Vomit stains marred the walls, adding to the unbearable stench and filth. To top it all off, we found someone’s underwear on the balcony, suggesting the room hadn't been properly cleaned, if at all. Adding insult to injury, the air conditioning system was only available if you left a positive review. This blatant attempt to bribe guests into covering up the hotel's severe deficiencies is disgraceful. Our stay at The Deya Apartments was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. This establishment is not fit for any guest, and management's disregard for basic cleanliness and customer service is appalling. Avoid at all costs.

Great little hotel we stayed for 5 nights pool area is really cool and unpacked we went bank holiday weekend and could get sunbed anytime off the day but the best part of the hotel are the staff which work tirelessly for there customers they work in the bar they work in the breakfast buffet and one guy not sure his name (older guy ) would cook paella buy the pool at midday and it was lovely and only €7 rooms good for 3 star and hotel in a great location 5min walk to beach restaurants would definitely return great find keep up the good work guys and a shout out to Maria best bar lady ever 😄👍

We stayed for 7 nights, 6th to 13th August. The hotel is very stylish, clean and peaceful. We stayed in a Jacuzzi Room on the 3rd floor. The views are fantastic of the marina and beach and the terrace had approx 14 hours of sun a day. If you need shade, there is a remote control awning. The room is very spacious with a huge bathroom. The aircon was reasonable, we did not feel overly hot overnight. The bed is massive and very comfortable. Housekeeping is a very high standard. The restaurant at breakfast and for all other meals is excellent. Food/menu choices are very wide ranging and beautifully presented and tasty. The evening menu was not overly expensive. The waiting staff are so professional and polite. It is obvious that they are very well trained. We also ate at a few restaurants in the marina and they were all great. The shuttle service provided by the hotel is excellent, just message the driver and he is collecting us from the marina in two minutes. However we only knew this was available after reading Trip Adviser, the receptionist did not inform us and we had to ask for the number. The swimming pool is perfect and there is an abundance of sun beds so no need to get up early to reserve them. The pool bar is hit and miss. 50% of the time there is nobody there to serve you. Quite annoying when you are thirsty! The thing that let down our experience somewhat was the maintenance of services to our room. Five minutes after checking into our room water started pouring from the ceiling. It took 20 minutes for the maintenance team to arrive and another 10 minutes for them to fix it, so it delayed our unpacking. When we tried to use the jacuzzi on our terrace it would not switch on. Another maintenance man had to be called to fix it. On two of the seven nights we had no running water, so we could not take a shower or flush the toilet. It took almost an hour for this to be fixed. Additionally over the seven nights we had about 10 power cuts. These lasted up to 20 mins in some cases. Our room keys needed resettting. When we went to reception to get them fixed there was no attempt at an apology. One evening we did get a bottle of wine sent to the room, we assume this was to make up for all the maintenance issues. Overall it is a beautiful hotel, but given the price we paid we should not have to encounter all those issues.
