The hotel choice is a comfortable because its location is very strategic (near the toll gate), close to the shopping mall, located in the middle of the downtown business center. Meetings at this hotel are also impressive because in addition to its comfort interior, the variation and the coffee break taste is quite good, the staff who standby during the event are also very helpful. During my 2 nights stay, all the hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast menu choices were varied and the taste was suitable. I recommend this Hotel as the right choice when visiting the suburbs for business or family vacation. Good job @HOM Premiere Greek,

Bagus juga untuk room yg di tawarkan , tapi dgn harga yg lumayan mahal tidak ada sabun Revil.dan hanya dapat batangan saja ( no good ) , hal yg sangat mengganggu ketika cek in adalah pertanyaan utk berapa org ( hal yg seharusnya tidak perlu di tanyakan , mau 1 atau 2 org di dalam kamar ya Tidak masalah karena sudah ada standarnya maximal.2 orang, pesan single.di beri double hanya gara2 utk 2 orang

I’ve been staying in Khas Gresik Hotel three times. At first and second I have really good impression staying here. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and nice. But last night, on my third stay I GOT VERY UPSET. I booked a room for my father then he stayed in the afternoon until 7pm and kept the key at receptionist. I called the hotel around 10pm and told one of recetionists named Mamik (female) that the room key will be taken again by my relatives in the name Latif / Sana. But it didn’t work well. My relatives got some trouble in taking the key at midnight, he should have to call me 3 times asking for help meanwhile I was already asleep. That the receptionist (male) didn’t give the key although he mentioned his name Latif and room number. Also the receptionist asked for my relative id card. I really understand if this is for security reason but why it should be this complicated meanwhile I ALREADY TOLD ONE OF THE RECEPTIONIST BEFORE THAT THE KEY WILL BE TAKEN MY RELATIVE AND I ALREADY MENTIONED THEIR NAME! Oh, it turned out the hand writing on key card was Sana / Tasik instead of Latif / Sana. Who is Tasik? I didn’t mention that name. SO DISSAPOINTING!

Good location of the hotel, they hv their building above a mall. Really good hospitality from the staff. Their room so clean. but cannot assign earlier check in bcs they said fully booked, but thats not that bad. But too bad for their amenities they using plastic cup then ceramic cups, no refrigenerator in room like other same class hotels. Food really2 good for breakfast brunch. They got a lot traditional indonesian food. Overall so satisfied experience. Wanna book there next trip.
