L’albergo si trova a 20 minuti dal centro dell’Aquila, lo separa solo una bella salita, impegnativa ma non faticosa. Avevo una camera con aria condizionata che in realtà era un appartamento , anche troppo grande rispetto le nostre necessità. Accurata la pulizia. La simpatia travolgente di Marzia, il suo sorriso e la sua disponibilità è stata un bel biglietto da visita . Comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo riservato alle moto.

The restaurant serves a really nice dinner with a lot of options for a fair price. yes, the hotel is from the 70s, I only wish they leaned into this as a lover of design it could be really cool. The rooms are big, and clean. We had a giant balcony which was nice. Highly recommended if you’ve got kids or a car (there is a pool and abundant free parking). The breakfast is legit, they have soy milk etc. It’s independently run and multilingual with a 24 hour desk that can help you with taxi etc if your Italian is lacking. All of the staffs were 5 star worthy.Great energy overall.

Well, this hotel was an amazing surprise, located just 14 mins by car from the historical centre of L'Aquila, it is perfect for that getaway or for travellers wanting a little more room. My room had a twin bed and a luxurious sofa that I made use of on the days I needed to stay in. Car Park onsite, Breakfast is included and they have an amazing selection of food to choose from. The restaurant 'Spapiza', serving high quality products at a very reasonable price, an abundant serving that will certainly fill the tummy of all. Staff and Management are lovely and have the time to speak to you and ask how your day is. This Hotel makes me feel like I belong and I'm not just another customer.

It is not the first time we come and every time we are super-happy with service, cleaning and gentleness, and then get out of the building and find themselves in front of the wonderful monument of the 99 canelas fontan, it is not equal. We will come back, hopefully find some rooms free for us, because it is very demanding.

Ho avuto modo di soggiornare una settimana in questo bb, la struttura è recente ed è situata vicino a tutti i servizi che offre Sassa Scalo!le stanze sono ben arredate, confortevoli e pulite!colazione buona e abbondante (a buffet) ma menzione di merito alla famiglia che lo gestisce, il vero valore aggiunto della struttura!lo consiglio vivamente!
