Travelled with adult children & partners on our first ever all inclusive holiday. My preference will always be villas with private pools but this resort was recommended so thought we’d give AI a try. For an easy, hassle free door to door deal this was great and works out cheaper than a villa when factoring in food, car rental, drinks etc even when staying in the private “lodge” area. If I’d been in the family area I’d probably have gone out of my mind. The private lodge area is lovely, we never struggled for sun beds, didn’t have to queue for anything and it’s spotlessly clean. The food was fine, lots of it, pretty samey day to day with the odd special night eg swordfish and sushi which was quite impressive. Our package gave us 3 speciality restaurant visits during our week. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming with the odd one or two surly types but that’s life. For a fly and flop the private lodge can be an ideal choice. We found it slightly restrictive as it’s nowhere near anything else - if you never left you could be anywhere. I’d come back for ease only but generally prefer more characterful and interesting surroundings. After 5 days I felt a bit stir crazy.

Then I would have a lot to write but summary in a few points: Outdoor structure: 7 Internal structure :5 Room 3 :..... Split as a single room but it was simply a room (smut) with jn cooking years 70 (smut) with washing ( 50 years dirty) Accommodation 2: Lady do everything I would say little expert in the tourism sector. We are a very easy couple where good k bad we fit everything ....ma to everything there is a limit. When we arrived we were just a little overwhelmed by the room but ....come just said we just adapted us easily but believe me I wouldn't put on any more foot. dirty stoves, dirty bathroom, broken outdoor table, broken internal seats, broken TV decoder ......a disaster. Other to say ....la Calabria is beautiful!! But look elsewhere.

Wij hadden een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met uitzicht over de zee echt prachtig de kamer mooi schoon en van alles voorzien elke dag als wij naar ontbijt gingen werd de kamer schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken Het ontbijt heel goed lekker buiten op het terras uitzicht op zee koffie espresso caffe latte allemaal geen probleem bij het ontbijt Zwembad is groot genoeg word gedeeld met nog een hotel en B&B maar ook daar niks van te zeggen achter het hotel en zwembad kan je naar beneden lopen naar het strand ook prachtig trouwens in de buurt van het hotel een paar leuke eetgelegenheden en restaurants zie mijn andere reviews mocht je dat willen weten en aan het eind van de straat ken je kleren wassen voor paar euro en wij hebben het kei leuk gehad

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 1 al 3 settembre, hotel tutto sommato pulito, nota dolente, un soffione al muro come doccia, senza cabina e senza tenda, quindi nel fare la doccia si bagna ovunque, sanitari compresi. (Allego foto ).si sono resi Disponibili nel farci cambiare stanza ma abbiamo rifiutato in quanto quella proposta era più piccola e senza affaccio sul mare. Colazione bella in terrazza con vista mare . Posizione a 5 10 minuti dal centro di Tropea . Ottimo il parcheggio retrostante anche al coperto.

If you want an unbelievable stay near the center of town this is it. We had two rooms and both were perfect. The owners treat the staff and hotel with exceptional care and in turn the staff treats the hotel and guests as family. Sandra, Kala ,her daughter, vincinso. Calabrese girl, and others I can't remember your names thank you. If I were to build a small hotel or small b&b in the US, I would copy this exactly. Everything is done with meaning and a purpose absolutely wonderful. My wife and I travel the world extensively and our hilton diamond members. But we were just blown away by all the detail in this hotel and the exceptional service from the employees. We will be back. We arrived as guests and are departing after 7nights as friends Wifi very strong hot water very hot. Did not use ac as it was cool just opened windows. One caution for this area is parking it is very limited as in most of pizzo. If your renting a car in any hotel in this area I would call and confirm parking. We used drivers, taxis, and tu tus to get around the hotel called for us. great stay WE WIIL BE BACK!!
