All enjoy long daylight hours in all seasons, with views of the valley and mountains surrounding us.To provide maximum comfort and greater privacy, the B&B accepts only two reservations per periodon the second floor by opening only the rooms booked among Anise, Gardenia and Orchid to stay guaranteeing a private bathroom, shared only by members of the same reservation for the exclusive use of guests.on the ground floor with the Laurel room, which has its own private bathroom.All rooms are complete with sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and toiletries, television and split air conditioner.For B&B guests on the second floor, the Tiglio room with a panoramic terrace is reserved.The Home Restaurant hall is located on the ground floor.simple rulesWe have a few simple rules that we ask of our guests:Prohibited to bring animals into the Bed and Breakfast!To ensure a safe environment for those with allergies to dogs and/or cats.Forbidden to move furniture between rooms and/or bring single beds closer together!For special needs please ask us.3No smoking in the House!Smoking is allowed only in the courtyard in the area equipped with ashtrays.Please respect our hours!Check-in from 17:00 to 01:00 / Check-out by 10:00Night Silence - Fire Cover from 22:30 to 06:00Anyone arriving or re-entering the B&B after 22:30 is asked to keep quiet and respect the silence, you are in a home.Breakfast is offered from 07:00 to 09:30You must communicate your preference in the evening!We do not give kitchen use to our guests, as providedby Bed and Breakfast regulations!We offer free Wifi during your stay!
