The hotel is five minutes from the bus down and the central block. Because it is not the peak season, it is very quiet, the room is very clean and clean, and there is a balcony to sunbathe. Breakfast We also enjoy the sunny and beautiful coffee fresh orange juice on the roof. A seagull has been staring at the butter on our table, hahaha. The boss is a passionate Frenchman, very enthusiastic, and has been patiently pointing out the snacks on our street and the restaurants that can watch the sunset with good wines. We followed the guidance and all got very authentic food. The people of Essaouira were more enthusiastic than the Marrakech people. In short, very happy. Also enjoy it. The welcome was so lovely to start with and what a beautiful Riad in a really easy to find location in medina near the sea wall. Lively and colourful place yet relaxing and had its own ambience. Massive Thankyou to all the staff especially Rachida who was such a beautiful person who my son took a shine too. We could not find him for the whole of our stay 😃 he was with Rachida 🥰 . The rooftop was spectacular with live music and great food. Thankyou for a great stay we will definitely be back.

Stay at Dar Zayna. A fantastic riad in a lovely neighbourhood right near the beach and within the town's walls. We felt really looked after by Lhassan and Toria who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We had breakfast on the terrace every morning, which was traditional and plentiful. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice riad with spacious bedooms, large bathrooms and nicely located at the entrance of the medina. Walking distance to the souk, beach, and activities. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived late in Marrakech and the hotel manager scheduled a taxi pick up at the airport (about 2h30 drive from there). The staff also helped me get around and provided a map of the medina and gave me addresses of the best restaurants and shops around the area. I had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back to stay at Dar Awil. Moroccans are very friendly and Essaouira is definitely a place to visit, I highly recommend it! By the way, US travelers are welcome to travel here and there are no restrictions, you just need a hotel reservation and a negative Covid test (no quarantine required).

Large groups of students aren't the easiest customers, but La Perle de Mogador provided a top-notch experience for everyone. During our stay, it was very rainy and they still were incredibly welcoming as we trudged water and dirt through their lobby. The hotel was incredibly clean and hospitable, 10/10 experience, would stay here again.
