The staff is very friendly, breakfast was amazing. I wish we had more time just for that. The hotel is well located and the pool area is very relaxing eventhough its in the middle of busy Ban chang The only thing was that the lobby was extremely cold with its AC and our room smelled of cigarette smoke because someone else must have been smoking in another room... All in all, recomend!

Stayed in Royal Phala Cliff Beach Resort for 2 nights of business travel. As it's a business travel, the main criteria for the hotel is the vicinity with the company in the area. And this is supposed to be the ”best” hotel in the area. Upon arrival, the building looked impressive with open air lobby and good lighting. But what good initial impression I had, immediately disappear upon entering the room. Based on other reviews, I was perhaps lucky to be placed in the main building as it's easily accessible with better furnishing condition. But even then, the condition easily falls in under maintained. While the room is large (and clean as far as I saw, but I dared not to try to look into details), to say that it doesn't have enough lighting is an understatement. The spotlight above the Television was broken and I asked them to change it before leaving for dinner. Upon returning, they put a table lamp in front of the TV...which made me suspect the problem was not with the lighting bulb but perhaps on the cabling or light switch. The TV only have local channels. The bathroom, while again, it's clean, looks really outdated with no barrier for shower, making the bathroom floor prone to getting all wet. To top it off, there seemed to be no hot water (same condition with my colleagues in 3 other rooms). Breakfast was standard, enough quantity, edible, but nothing special. While I do appreciate the staffs that seemed to help as best as they could, Royal Phala Cliff must really improve on upkeep or risk further plunging into the cycle of declining guests-income-maintenance budget.

The room is very clean, new, good price. We booked for less than one gray ticket. (Use the discount code in the app) The accommodation may not be very close to the sea. But we can see the sea view. Walk less than 500 meters to the beach. The owner of the dormitory is lovely and has very good service. When I realized that I came alone No personal car Then contact to find a rental car to complete. But personally, I think that if you want to visit the pmy beach zone, it's best to bring your own car. Because there is no car rental service in that area, when you press Grab, there aren't many people accepting it. But if you have a personal car This beach zone is very good, not chaotic, very suitable for private relaxation. Overall, I am very impressed with the accommodations on this trip.

It can be said that Xanadu😊 has gone through a small twists and turns, and almost lost it in a foreign country~ The hotel address link leads to the wilderness for some reason, scared to death, but I found it after manually entering the address~ Hotel environment Nice, there is 711 in a few steps, convenient, with access control, I feel quite safe. Recommend~
