The hotel is in a good location, spacious, clean and well maintained.It offers a lot of amenities. Staff is friendly, very professional and communicates in a lot of different languages. Food selection is rich and offers a variety of options. Overall, a great option when visiting Edirne.

Alan Suite is a great value for money. At least when I stayed there. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was good too. Not far from the old centre of Edirne, the place was OK to park my car. But it's in an area with a lot of construction going on. As it was a rainy day when I arrived, the street had quite some mud. But again, it's a perfect place for a quick overnight after a long day driving.

The hotel facilities and services are pretty good, and the service attitude is very good, responsive. The breakfast is especially good, very to my appetite. To talk about the shortcomings, there are two points: 1. First, the location is relatively biased, and the urban-rural junction is not easy to find. 2. Second, the price is too high and the price/performance ratio is not high enough.

People working at the reception should speak English, as non-turkey citizens staying at the hotel. They gave us a room with one double bed, after a long communication with google translate they changed the room. We went upstairs and surprise the room was again with 1 double bed. After another long communication with google translate finally we got a room with 2 single beds. Also the four stars don`t respond to the quality of the rooms. The only good thing is the restaurant on the top of the building, it has an amazing view, the staff speaks English and is very polite.

We stayed in this hotel as a couple on Christmas Eve. This was a hotel we chose because of the proximity to the place we were doing. The accommodation was perfect in the sense. The beauty of the suite we need to approach the staff has made this experience perfect for us. After this, we will be the first choice for us in our subsequent visits. Thanks also to the staff and for their interest in management.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is free parking with the hotel and the hotel is also at a good location with every sight seeing attraction within walking distance. They also offer free breakfast with great selection of food. The bed and facilities seem clean and immaculate. P.S. We travelled with our toddler and the hotel staff was so attentive that they offered to provide us a baby cot. The room was spacious even after adding the cot.
