Nice relaxing hotel with a beautiful East bay view from the balcony. Convenient location and private beach which is decent size compared to other resorts there. Organized text service with main lobby for any needs and good covid practices. 10 minutes from downtown on a busy 5 lane road with no crosswalks close to get to stores or restaurants. Room is fine but hallways could use an update from the bright yellow and teal wall colors that make you think twice when you first go in. The staff is helpful and friendly and we would definitely stay again!

Each year my sister's and I take our mom away for a few days...(she is 92). This year we didn't want to go too far away, and we chose The Sugar Beach. It was great having a main floor room that had a beautiful view of the bay. The room was clean, beds comfy, and staff helpful. The only drawback we had, was the breakfast. I am sure the bag breakfast at your door in the morning is the result of covid, but was not what we expected when the hotel listed breakfast. We had a problem with the lock on our door and within 10 minutes we had Frank at our room fixing the problem He was friendly, efficient and made us feel very welcone. After we had checked out, my sister received a text on her phone stating that the housekeeper had found a wallet in our room. Sure enough w e had left one. We were still in the area, so a quick return was no problem. I am so very thankful for the honesty of the housekeeper, the front desk person willing to contact us, and the very happy ending to a four night stay at The Sugar Beach. We will encourage others to stay here, and we hope to return again next year too. Thank you for a great stay.

It's a nice place to stay, we had a clean room on the first floor, AC works well, hot water in the shower, small well -working fridge. Towels, bed sheets were clean. Nothing special for breakfast, it would be nice to add some meat, vegetables as an option.

Standard hotel. Decent beds, pillows , TV and shower. Very clean. Hailey at the front desk was especially helpful with assisting us in finding the most quiet room. The pool was out of service and they called the night before to let us know, which was very thoughtful. A maid knocked on the door at 9 am without announcing that she was housekeeping. Would be helpful.to have ”do not disturb” signs available for the door. We would stay again.

Stay at Days Inn Suites Traverse City and enjoy convenience to Cherry Capital Airport. Rest comfortably in non-smoking guest rooms with flat-screen HDTV with HBO ironing facilities mini-refrigerator microwave as well as coffee and tea facilities. Amenities include Free light breakfast business center and complimentary parking. Pets are welcome at nominal fee.

Great experience. Staff is great. Clean resort. In room tub needs more attention during cleaning. Breakfast is great. The pool spa was great. Room cleaning need more attention.
