Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was on the smaller side, but it was comfortable and just right for me and my son. The daily room service was a great touch—they provided fresh towels, tissues, and neatly fixed the bed each day. While there was no bidet, the handheld shower served as a convenient alternative. The amenities were complete as described, though guests should bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste.
One of the best things about this place was its accessibility. It was conveniently close to the bus station for airport transfers and just a short walk to Mong Kok MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a nice and hassle-free stay!
Sorry, I wasn't able to take pic of the room. Forgot, we are too busy during our stay, super enjoyed the stay, because it was close to everything you need. Literally room for sleep for us.

I was on a short business trip. For this area, the price-quality ratio is acceptable. It is very convenient to get to and from the airport. I have attached a photo of the airport stop. I ordered a double room, but only one person can stay in it. There is hot and cold drinking water and a shared refrigerator. The disposable towels were a surprise, but they can be adapted to. The room is cleaned very well every day at a convenient time. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of budget-friendly restaurants and parks nearby for morning practices and workouts.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy, beautifully decorated to feel cozy and comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a restful night's sleep until morning. The large floor-to-ceiling window turned the city's night view into a private masterpiece. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, washing away all the day's fatigue. The attention to detail was perfect: smart controls and a well-stocked minibar. The staff were friendly and attentive, truly making me feel at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I love this One Dundas serviced apartment — this is actually my second time booking the same place! This time, I requested a bigger room, and it was even better than I expected. The moment I walked in, I didn’t even feel like going out shopping — the air conditioning was excellent, and the room had everything I needed.
There’s a nice kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, and an open bar where I could enjoy breakfast. The living room was cozy with a TV and beautiful city views. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The cleaner was so friendly — they refilled refreshing sparkling water every day and even took care of the trash regularly.
The location is super convenient — easy to get to anywhere!
Next time I go back to Hong Kong, I’ll definitely rebook this serviced apartment. Honestly, it feels even better than staying in a 5-star hotel. It’s warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home.
Highly recommend!

The location was near perfect—super close to the bus station near Nathan Rd, so basically super easy to access while using the bus.
The room was neat and clean—the bed was comfy and big, the AC worked perfectly, and all electronic outlets worked flawlessly. A foldable table is placed within the room, and there is space underneath the bed to store suitcases. The shower worked fine, and the towels were clean.
Just beware that the rooms are not too soundproof.
The hotel is located on the fifth floor of the building, and the elevator is a bit slow and usually takes quite some time to get to and from the ground floor.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here once again if I were to visit Hong Kong again solo.

I like the location of the hotel. It's just next to the MTR Jodan, which is very convenient.
The room is small but it's enough for me. It's very clean and looks just like in photos.
The lady there was very helpful and friendly even she couldn't communicate well in English, but still tried to help me as much as possible.
I was impressed 😊😊😊

I had to book a room last minute at 11:30 at night bc the room i booked at another hotel was filthy and uninhabitable. I found Happy Motel on trip.com and upon arriving i was so thrilled to see how clean and homey it was. I stayed in the family room which was spacious. The room was neat and all the amenities were provided-AC, Wi-Fi, toliet paper, mini kitchen. There is an elevator. Kevin, the owner, was also helpful and kind. I will return to this hotel next time I come to HK. So grateful to have found this place. Close to Jordan station (right across the street). Prime location, too. Shops and restaurant abound downstairs. Highly recommend if you want to travel comfortably and if you want to feel like a local.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Hong Kong for a layover. The lady boss was very welcoming this time. It was raining and I didn't bring an umbrella, so she even brought me one so I could go out for dinner. Thank you so much, boss! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong! I wish you a prosperous business.

My recent stay at this hotel in Hong Kong truly brought to life the idiom 'small but perfectly formed'.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of a bustling shopping district. It's just a few minutes' walk to the MTR station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're heading to Tsim Sha Tsui for shopping or Central for sightseeing. For tourists looking to make the most of their time in Hong Kong, this location is absolutely perfect.
Though the room might not be large, every inch of space is perfectly utilized. The bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing you to unwind and relieve the day's fatigue as soon as you lie down. The private bathroom is spotless, with ample hot water and stable temperature. The toiletries are also carefully chosen, featuring a subtle, pleasant scent. What truly surprised and delighted me was the attention to detail – there's a universal charging port right by the bed, so you never have to worry about your phone running out of battery.
The hotel's service was also very attentive. Self-check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were warm and helpful, offering tips on local dining spots and transportation. Though the public areas aren't large, they are conveniently located right by the elevators.
Overall, this hotel truly embodies the 'small yet beautiful' philosophy. With its superb location, excellent transport links, and impeccable attention to detail, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong!

GGuest UserAlmost everything was clean, the cleaner came to the dorm every morning and would swap the floor, clean the bathroom floor, and changed checked-out persons bed sheets.
Amenities like toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash was also available.
Even towel(i could smell the detergent)was provided.
And there was double keypad for entering the female dorm.
But in order to get the password for entering, you have to contact the owner by WeChat or WhatsApp.
If I revisit Hong Kong, I will definitely come to Lily Inn.
FYI you have to search as TST Hostel to find it on Google map or Citymapper.
WWee HanThere is no elevators or lift. Though on the 2nd floor, the staircase leading up is pretty bad. Hot and humid and stuffy on the way up or down. If you have heavy or any luggage or need to lug a few luggagea, better don't stay here as you will be exhausted bringing your luggage up and down. Rooms are very small in HK so this is no surprise even if you staying in any budget or even more costly hotels. It is also not very near to the mtr, need about 10 mins walk and the way out of the mtr on A2 exit doesn't have a lift or elevator either. If you are a light traveller then this is ok. The location and way up the hotel is on the side of Nathan road and it's an apartment building actually so don't be alarmed if you can't find it easily. I will not stay there ever in my life again for sure!!!!
MM555863****The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even came down to meet me when I arrived at 3:30 PM and assisted me with my luggage. Check-in was a breeze, and I was very pleased with my room – it felt so cozy, and the bed linens were lovely. The location is also excellent. I had a wonderful time in Hong Kong.
朱朱古力叮噹Hygiene generally enter the room to clean once, occasionally there will be small insects, the refrigerator is very large to put ice cream, but the TV reception is general, occasionally there will be snowflakes, the terrace environment is clean when you wake up can look at the sea very comfortable
EEdmondHKDuring my stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the luxurious amenities and impeccable service. The room was pristine, featuring a breathtaking view. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. Delicious cuisine and a relaxing spa added to the memorable visit. I look forward to returning.
RRyant RhmdThe picture shown was not the same, but check in was smooth and we liked the size of the room than the one we booked at chungking mansion previously. Good to have a rest after long day exploring Hongkong. We stayed for three days, towel provided just hot water didn't always work in the morning.
AAnonymous Uservery good,I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 李氏宾馆in Hong Kong, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with an atmosphere of opulence and warmth.

FFederico Eduardo RodriguezJust ok of you’re in a rush to sleep and low budget. Not for work or stay in the room. Very small room in a good location. The accessibility is limited in hours. I had to wait in the lobby until someone came pick me up to check me in. The onboarding is not that good. Walls are not clean, abs the shower fills the whole bathroom with water.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel, the boss is very nice, I can put my luggage first and check in in the afternoon, and there are a lot of food downstairs, including egg waffles, fried rice noodles, and McDonald's, I love it
