The proprietress is super nice and enthusiastic. She took us to take the super beautiful back of the proprietress when we checked in and it was a pet-friendly hotel. The hotel is very convenient as it is inside sha po you yellow river park. You can enjoy the view while taking your meal at the restaurant which is next to the yellow river. At night can walk around the park while the rest of the tourists leave the place. It is like the whole park is yours. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Food wise is more traditional/local Chinese food. Foreigners may not be used to it. Hotel is very clean as welll. They have complimentary breakfast and dinner, welcome fruits and afternoon tea. overall the hotel is great!

This self-guided desert tour is absolutely amazing! The desert scenery is majestic and magnificent, and the afterglow of the setting sun shines on the golden sand dunes, as beautiful as a painting. The campsite facilities are complete and the staff are warm and caring. The food is diverse, the roasted whole lamb is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the aroma is overflowing. Camel riding, sand boarding and other activities are super exciting. Moreover, the self-guided itinerary is free and allows you to deeply experience the charm of the desert. Highly recommended, looking forward to coming again next time!

I found this hotel on Ctrip. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, considering it's in the desert. But then, seeing the reasonable price and decent reviews, I chose it. I opted for a quadruple room. During check-in, I was greeted by the beautiful hostess named Zifei—Zi is the character for ”木木” (wooden wood) and Fei is the character for ”飞” (fly) with a grass radical. From check-in to any questions I encountered, and finally to my departure, she was incredibly attentive and truly treated every guest like a friend. It was a great hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and the hostess.

The hotel is right next to various sand dunes, making sand play incredibly convenient! Adults sunbathe in the fine sand, while kids jump on trampolines during the day and dig in the sand until 10 pm, reluctant to go to sleep – they didn't want to leave! The evening bonfire party was even more lively. We danced the bunny hop with the MC, watched fireworks to music, and enjoyed the atmosphere immensely – so relaxing and fun! The owner and staff provided excellent service, always ready to help. The owner even personally drove all the guests' children to the sandboarding area, which the kids loved. The campsite itself was beautiful, especially at night when all the lights were on – it was truly stunning. Highly recommend this trip!

As someone who pays attention to every detail, I couldn't find a single fault with this B&B in Zhongwei! The desert environment is quiet and beautiful, the air is fresh, and the views are spectacular. It's incredibly therapeutic to be away from the hustle and bustle. The room layout is well-planned and functional, with a smooth flow and thoughtful storage, making it very convenient to stay in. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained, with plenty of stable hot water that comes out quickly and maintains a consistent temperature. The bathroom was spotless. The bedding was brand new, clean, crisp, soft, and gentle on the skin. Both the pillows and mattress were perfectly comfortable, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. The food was home-style, freshly prepared, delicious, and flavorful – not too strong or greasy, healthy and satisfying. The service was exceptional, with the owner personally attending to us throughout our stay. They were warm, polite, and responsive, proactively anticipating our needs while being attentive without being intrusive. The cleanliness, environment, facilities, dining, and service were all top-notch. A perfect accommodation experience in Zhongwei!
