I booked at the last moment and accidentally found these wonderful apartments.
There is absolutely everything you need. Very clean and cozy. Excellent location, not far from the old town, all public transport stops nearby.
There is no reception, but all instructions are sent quickly, all questions are answered. Everything is very, very convenient.
There is a children's room and a playground on the street, and even a trampoline! There is an opportunity to leave your luggage, there is a coffee machine in the corridor!
And most importantly, you can even leave your car in the private parking lot of these apartments at no extra charge.

EEricLuiI came to run Tallinn Marathon, here is the perfect location in old town, close to marathon start/finish area, attractions, supermarket, shopping mall, bus stop to airport, everything.
Also good value in price, recommend !
