TERRIFYING!!!! THEY SCAMMED ME October 2022 TERRIFIC!!!! THEY SCAMMED ME October 2022 The worst experience of my life. Do not go. I have been cheated. There are three hostels run by the same person, Mezquita Oscio and the one in the cafeteria. I made the reservation a month in advance for October 29, free cancellation on October 26. at the Oscio hostel for adults. I paid 80 euros for room with private bathroom, private double and wifi. I showed up at the cafeteria 1 hour before check-in because I had sent them a WhatsApp message a few days before and they didn't answer me. When I arrived there was no one at the reception and a man (apparently the boss) who was sitting there with two girls, checked his cell phone and told me that my reservation was canceled on October 5. That's where my odyssey began. They never explained to me correctly what happened, but they had already charged the 80 euros. The only option they gave me was a POCILGA room, with bunk beds without railings or stairs without a bathroom or Wi-Fi. The employees do not have any decision-making power and they called him by phone, but they informed me that they could not bother him because he was on his break. I asked for my money back, but it was flatly denied. They put the mattress on the floor, almost no suitcases fit, the shared bathroom was always dirty and the bathtub filled with water while you were showering. They are scammers, they keep your money, they don't answer your calls. They sold my room twice, overbooking and that is punishable if they don't repair the situation. I had to agree to spend the night in that pigsty or stay on the street. We are two 60-year-old adults, regardless of age, no one deserves to be scammed. DO NOT Reserve!!!!!

We stayed here because it was cheap and was well located The girl of the reception very pleasant I don't know how long she is there poor because from 10 to 22 she was always but congratulated her,the positive data are the girl, the bed that is comfortable and the location that is 10 min from the cathedral walking The negatives are quite still so you can't make a bad payment, smells to moisture nothing more you enter the reception, the windows are so old that, although the closets are heard all of the street below,no pears and front there is a building that you can almost hand over the balcony so ... privacy 0,the bathroom shower is very small They have TV but had no command The room was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it was very good, it We only got a shower towel for two people It is a hotel to go to bed alone and little more is for what we use it, but to be more days does not meet the necessary facilities. Stayed with my girlfriend for three nights here and could not be happier. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you have the option to book a balcony room, we highly suggest it as the rooms face outward into a peaceful street. The room was more than big enough for the two of us. There is a highly rated coffee shop located in the lobby with a variety of foods as well. Additionally, there is a gallery on the fist floor above the lobby which is a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee in peace. Located in the middle of the shopping district, we enjoyed walking from store to store. The historic district and Alcazar are only a 10 minute walk from this location.

Good location on the edge of the old town and close to the main attractions. Reasonably priced for the area. Comfortable bed. Extremely small room. Barely enough room to step around the bed or put the suitcase on the floor. Towels provided. Shower half broken but essentially functional. WiFi good. Not the cleanest, but not filthy as some reviews suggest. Harsh lighting, like an interrogation cell. Helpful host. If you bring a car there is no parking. The Cano Y Cueto car park is 7 mins walk away, but is an eye watering 25 euros a day. Free parking is not a thing in Seville. If you can find a place that is more expensive but has free parking you would be better off there.

Once we found the right one, the staff's English was poor at best and the room extremely basic, a very small room with the sink and shower next to the bed and a 1/4 inch thick door going to the toilet. The wi-fi was extremely slow, 3.4 mbps, so streaming video was nearly impossible. We paid an additional €17 for breakfast when we checked-in, but when we arrived and started getting our food, a woman asked for our room number, telling us that breakfast was NOT included. Embarrassing us in front of all the guests, I told them to refund our money, but then they figured out that the non-English speaking woman verified the wrong room number. We were not even offered an apology for the embarrassment. Parking in their garage was €6 for 24 hours, not bad, but when we attempted to leave for the airport in the morning, the parking ticket machine said that our ticket was invalid, so we had to go back to reception where they contacted a non-English speaking security guard who let us out after paying him the €6. I had left my bag in the room and would return after dropping my wife off at the airport, the 24 hours would not expire until hours later, but was told that I would have to get a new ticket and pay another €6 if I wanted to park in the garage. Unbelievable! We were so late getting to the airport that my wife had to rush through security, tripping on a crack in the flooring, bruising her knees, and was wheeled to the gate in a wheelchair. Me and my partner spent one night here and we found the place very nice! Perfect to spend few days in this beautiful city. Very clean and well located. We really liked the terrace too. Good value for the price 🙂

Everything was nearly perfect. The location is in the very heart of historic center, the staff is friendly and helpful,the room was spacious and comfortable. The building is charming. It faces a lively square but it's kind of sound proof. Highly recommended!

Take the intercity train, expect 19:09 to stay, how to know that in Santa Ana train stop, lie to contact the accommodation, they are very good, whatsapp important information to me, go to hostal is already 19:45, according to the information according to the password, take the key, smooth! grateful.

We were delighted when we arrived - what a nice little hotel which we would classify on the “boutique’ side. Not many rooms, I think 10 in total and ours had a private bath. While the room itself was small it was very clean and all we needed for our one night stay. The hotel manager (didn’t get his name unfortunately) was very helpful with everything. If you are using Google maps to find the place, listen carefully as it had a bit of a hard time for us. Great stay!

I advise against it. The single room was practically a storage room, without a window and only the bed could fit... the ceiling was all ”swollen” with water (we hope) and the bathroom was dilapidated! There was a smell of bathrooms in all the rooms, including the bedroom.. which, being without a window, almost feels like suffocation.. they provided a fan to keep the air flowing! I had booked 3 nights, but after the first night I left! Ok the low price, ok the shared bathroom but there are other facilities that are definitely better for the same price! There were also problems with check in, after sending passport photos the day before they didn't send me the access codes. I found myself on the street at 10 in the evening (late check in communicated to the property at the time of booking) waiting for a response. The girl on the phone was really very kind... the only positive note!

Do not stay at this hotel !!! Pictures do NOT look like the reality! I actually don't know where to begin. Being British I am genuinely one not to complain but this place is appalling. In brief... main front door got stuck, we could not get out. Had there been a fire we had no other exit. All windows have metal bars on them. The other exit is through Reception, which is locked at 6pm. Staff not interested. We waited 45 mins for someone to come. Carlos was rude and told us it was not his problem if there was a fire. We had Room 1, damp, airless, windowless room, tiny, nowhere to unpack. We were moved after complaining to room 6. No decent tea/coffee facilities at the hotel. None in the rooms. A few tea bags put out in the morning at 10am, no coffee, asked if there would be some later in the week, answer, no! Water dispenser ran out. No fresh water till morning. Sun terrace opens at 10, closes at 6pm. No cushions on chairs so not worth sitting out. This hotel does not resemble any of the pictures on its website or booking dot com. We have informed booking dot com about the fire exits as this is genuinely dangerous if the front door fails again. Booking dot com gave us 36 euros as a gesture of goodwill for all the trouble we've had. The hotel not in the slightest bit interested. The shower leaks badly, so you need to use your towels to soak up the water on the floor. Ants in the room. Hotel did get rid of these. We are well travelled people and at £50 a night, this does not command this figure. We wanted basic, however this is a disgrace and the lack of fire exits did not make for a restful stay. We booked this hotel based on the photographs and reviews. Neither came close or lived up to the reality. On the plus, there are some nice restaurants to eat at near the hotel, but then again there are lots of superb restaurants all over Seville.

Our flight from Dublin was delayed, and I have informed the pension by whatsapp, and it was easy to communicate with them, they were helpful, and in the end, we managed to arrive 2 min before they close but we made it ! :) The location was great, within the ”Casco viejo” (the Old Town), the staff (all 3 girls from reception we have dealt with) were absolutely lovely as well as the cleaning lady, welcoming and helpful. Our room was on the rooftop/terrace, it was so great, it had everything we needed, it was very clean, there was even shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and the AC for only 5 Euro per night (we tried without the first night but we are Irish residents so not used to the heat...we had to buy it the second night). However when we arrived, we were told about the option, but they did not push for us to buy the option which I found very good from them. Brilliant stay, we would love to go back next time we are in Sevilla! Thanks for everything !

However when we arrived, we were told about the option, but they did not push for us to buy the option which I found very good from them. Our room was on the rooftop/terrace, it was so great, it had everything we needed, it was very clean, there was even shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and the AC for only 5 Euro per night (we tried without the first night but we are Irish residents so not used to the heat...we had to buy it the second night). However when we arrived, we were told about the option, but they did not push for us to buy the option which I found very good from them. Brilliant stay, we would love to go back next time we are in Sevilla! Thanks for everything !
