Unfortunately I was unable to travel and use the booking, due to unforseen travel schedule. I did telephone the hotel on the morning of the expected stay and left a voicemail, explaining why I could not make the booking. I was aware that I would not qualify for a free cancellation by trip.com rules, but did expect a call back...non was forthcoming. I cannot comment on the hotel quality, cleanliness etc, but was disappointed to not get a call back.

Booked a shared toilet room but turn out no need to share. Nice location, less than half hour walk to Anfield, and less than half hour bus to City. Clean and simple, suitable for watching football game. Have Macdonald nearby, and a pub in which only £3 a pint of beer

The guy at reception was very attentive, the application was the one that wasn't very good because it didn't notify me that they had canceled the reservation. Despite that, the guy at reception was very kind and helped me.

I came on Saturday 12 July , the booking in was good . The place is so clean and the facilities are really good . Would come again and thinking about booking soon .

The hotel location is very good, the owners are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are very clean and tidy, we will stay there again

還不錯，主要離球場非常近，走路幾分鐘就到，位置絕對好，斜對面加油站內有便利店，如果需要做飯可以買到簡單的菜品，外出吃飯的選擇不多，附近都比較冷清，因為第一次訂民宿沒經驗，不知道是無接觸入住的，一定記得看郵箱有房間密碼，有問題也可以打電話或者發郵件

Anfield was very close and the staff were kind and I was able to spend a very meaningful time. I want to come to stay again someday.
