The guy at reception was very attentive, the application was the one that wasn't very good because it didn't notify me that they had canceled the reservation. Despite that, the guy at reception was very kind and helped me.

Guest UserThe rooms were really clean and basically had everything you need for a nice stay. Not too far from Liverpool and there is a train station and bus station nesrby with a lovely park just in front of the house.

還不錯，主要離球場非常近，走路幾分鐘就到，位置絕對好，斜對面加油站內有便利店，如果需要做飯可以買到簡單的菜品，外出吃飯的選擇不多，附近都比較冷清，因為第一次訂民宿沒經驗，不知道是無接觸入住的，一定記得看郵箱有房間密碼，有問題也可以打電話或者發郵件

設施：公共衛浴，但是都很乾凈，有多個廁所，浴室很寬敞，一層有兩個浴室甚至還有浴缸。廚房設施齊全，冰箱微波爐都有
服務：密碼自助進屋，不過需要交完押金后才能拿到密碼，需要注意郵箱是否有交押金的鏈接
