A hidden gem near Harbour Bay! Excellent rooms and the staff, so very professional and welcoming. It's my Goto lodging for Batam for now on!

This is our first time as a family to Batam. My choice of hotel is very accurate, the location of the hotel is close to the Batam center ferry. Around the hotel close to restaurants. Customer friendly service. The receptionist & the owner of the hotel are very customer friendly. Reasonable price. The hotel location is close to Batam city center.

The parents who take care of the resevisionies on 21/10/2024 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon have a hard time trying to answer questions from castomers... Please ask the superiors to reprimand the working staff... If you are unable to serve castomers, stop working, don't make people angry. .I am from Malaysia not satisfied with taking care

There is no smell in the hotel house, but the toilet will be blocked and the drainage system is not good. It is quite convenient to eat around. There are a lot of food downstairs. The price is quite cheap. It is better to bring your own toiletries. No

5 star for the price and quality. RM52 equal to 159000 rupiah something like that, pay online. Got WiFi although not advertise. Bapak at counter willing to help carry my bag almost 20kgs. Got soap syampoo and disposable toothbrush tv with local channels. The AC brand aqua own by sanyo, pretty slow although full speed fan has been chosen. Took 1 hour to cooled myself. Not bad

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.
