The staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel's amenities and appliances all worked perfectly with no issues whatsoever. Ideally located and very accessible. Would recommend for solo travelers/couples going to Japan and wanting explore Osaka and Kyot.

The room is relatively big for a Japan apartment, enough for 2 pax but gets a little squeezy for travellers with 2 luggage. The water temperature is a little frustrating though, as it gets hot and cold randomly and takes awhile for it to turn from cold to hot. The toilet is not to our liking, it’s yellowish in color and just doesn’t feel clean. Other than that, everything else is relatively ok.

It's quite close to the Chishin-Nakajima-Nanago Railway Station, and there's a 24-hour supermarket nearby. It's a 20-minute walk to JR Shin-Osaka Station. The entire room is decorated with tomato themes. There's a clothes drying area on the second floor and a night view from the third. The only inconvenience is that the toilet and shower are only on the first and second floors, and the living room is only open from 6:30 AM. Free coffee is available, and the kitchen has a microwave and kettle, which is very convenient.

Stayed here as a solo traveller and first time using capsule hotel. I picked this place because of the good reviews and because its women only which felt safe. The capusle bed itself was decent size, although it did get hot sometimes (visisted April 24-26) but it had everything else! They provided cute pjs, tea/coffee, toiletries, towel etc so I did not need to bring too much. It was about a 14 mins walk to the main Nanba station but it wasn't a problem for me. Self check-in and check-out was easy, my room was quiet even with 4-6 girls (I am a light sleeper so I was worried I would not be able to sleep but I did manage to get some winks).

First, let's talk about the location. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station and very close to Tsutenkaku Tower. The hotel apartment itself is quite spacious and has household appliances. It's also relatively quiet at night, with a washing machine and a small balcony where you can hang clothes. This makes it quite convenient for travelers staying a few days. However, my biggest complaint is the bed – it sags significantly, making it feel like you're sleeping in a hole. I considered checking out, but they wouldn't allow it unless I got a new mattress. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Also, the apartment key is in a password-protected mailbox, and initially, I had no idea how to open it. The unlock method and password were only sent at 3 PM on the check-in day. Overall, I personally don't recommend this place.

If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, this seaside inn in a small coastal town in Japan is a perfect choice. Nestled right along the shoreline, the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunrise, when the sky turns into a canvas of soft pastel colors reflected on the calm sea.

I had a really pleasant stay at Osaka Ebisu Hotel! The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.(Train station was just 3 mins walking distance) It was especially convenient for exploring Osaka, and there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, all the staff were friendly and helpful! Overall, it was a great choice for my trip to Osaka, especially for the convenient location and reasonable price. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Osaka! Highly recommended! ❤️

Not far from Shinsaibashi, and dining options are convenient. Check-in is self-service; you just scan the QR code at the front desk. For check-out, simply inform the cleaning staff on the first floor. No accommodation tax is charged.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a convenience store downstairs, a 5-minute walk to the railway station, and a 10-minute walk to a supermarket. The hotel is clean and convenient, with a balcony and a washing machine, which are essential in the summer heat. The kitchen facilities also made it easy to prepare delicious meals!

The room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style. The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use. Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case. Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.
